Parkrunning Cabin Pressure

Browsing Reddit and a Cabin Pressure post came up next to a r/parkrun post... and there's a perfect crossover opportunity!

So I checked: of the 26 places in CP, only 3 have parkruns with that actual name in that place. 8-(

5 have parkrun(s) in that place, but the parkrun(s) have different names to the town.

2 have differently named parkruns in that town, but there is a place with a parkrun with that town's name on another continent.

16 have no parkrun at all.

So it's not really a goer unfortunately!

Death/burial in Surrey, Chertsey area

I am trying to find the death and/or burial for a woman, full name Rose Ellen Elizabeth TRUSSLER, although often just Rose, or Rose Nellie, or Rose E., or sometimes Ellen, Trussler.

She was born in Walton on Thames in 1895, and died probably in the Chertsey area some time between 1930 (when she was definitely alive) and 1935ish, or possibly a bit later, but was definitely (I think!) dead by 1939. She was unmarried, but had 4 children. I have her on the 1901, 1911 and 1921 censuses, and a mention of her in the Chertsey Poor Law records in 1900.

I have checked Ancestry, FindMyPast and FreeBMD and I can't find a death record or a burial record. I was wondering if someone who had access to local Surrey records (e.g. the local Family History Society) might be able to check please?

(Edit for clarification: this is Surrey UK.)

Jim Lloyd

Is anyone else a bit worried about Jim? Nowhere to be heard at the cricket, then off for an unspecified length of holiday? I can't remember the last time we heard him.

Bus diversions: lack of information

Just come back from Finsbury Parkrun on the 19 which (along with the 38) was terminating at the top of Rosebery Avenue because of demos in central London. Walked past two bus stops where groups of people (mainly tourists) were waiting. The displays were showing live times for the 19 and 38, as was Google Maps (although with a 'modified service' alert which you have to click on to read). The display on the 19 I was on showed it to be terminating at Rosebery Avenue, so the system knows this, so why can't TfL remove the live times from the stops which aren't served and transmit this info to Google Maps?

I stopped and explained this to the people waiting and suggested they walk to Farringdon and get the tube, but it's very poor in my opinion not to use the system in place to display up-to-date information. Does anyone have any idea why it doesn't happen?
