If your window was broken, how much would you be willing to pay for it?

Trying to get a quote from a contractor and getting a lot of mixed numbers. Some really low, some really high.

Edit: double pane window, crack in the outer pane. The glass is roughly 1 1/4 ft by 2.5ft.

Churrasco Pastellilo

When I was in PR, I had this amazing churrasco pastellilo. It was slow roasted pulled beef with white strips of cheese (not a cheese sauce). I would love to find the recipe again, but the churrasco pastellilos i see are all with ground beef. Any ideas as to what this is called?

Where can I learn about japanese history from a perspective of an anime otaku?

Often when I watch historical japanese anime, (such as world is dancing, airing this season), I feel lost because I never learnt the historical context. I find that periods of japanese history blend together for me with the exceptions of the 1920s/taisho era. what are some books I can check out that will give me an introductory guide of japanese history? or even, some anime that give an introductionary guide to japanese history?

What’s the indian otaku scene like compared to the western one?

I’m an USAmerican who really only follows the Euroamerican and south american anime spaces, so I know very little about the Indian otaku scene. So, I come to this subreddit to ask; what are y’all like? How is indian otaku culture different from USamerican? What anime is popular here? What about the Josei or BL spaces, how do they differ? Between sites like MAL, anilist, animeplanet, or other social media, where do y'all congregate?

Good Taco places in San Juan/Fajardo?

I know in Puerto Rico you should eat Puerto Rican food, which I have been doing, but I live in the northeast US—good tacos are not common. I figured since we’re much closer to Mexico in PR than we are back home, there would be decent taco fair. Any recommendations?

Edit: Specifically looking for street tacos

Whats the best healthcare job to have general medic skills?

Essentially, what is the best all-arounder option? If I’m a person in a war zone, or a climate disaster, what kind of health care professional would I want to be to help the most people?

What about an apocalypse scenario, where I would be giving long term care? I.e, general checkups rather than sudden injury or disease? Would this be a different profession?

Looking for a mutli-person hourly calendar

I'm looking for a calendar that allows me to track days of week, time, and people. I want to look at the calendar and say, "Okay, at 10am this Thursdays, Robin is at the gym, Ellie is at work, Glinda is at school, Rose is hanging out with Friends, and Rue is taking the dog for a walk."

Essentially, i need something that can fit a lot of information in each hourly block. Ideally, something that prints nicely too. I've tried notion calendar, but I've found overloading it with blocks just makes things difficult to read. Other calendar apps squish everything together. As I alluded too in my example, I need a calendar that can comfortable fit the schedules of 5 working people. Any resources?

Can I do this cert w/ zero coding background?

Ive taken like one python class, but my work is offering a bonus for passing the exam + paying for any course/study material i would need. Currently work part time, so I can fit it into my schedule. I don't have any stem background, can I just power through it, or would I be signing up for hell?
