The arrival of "Red line of death" in valve's steam machine!!!

User u/me_hill posted on r/steammachine, saying that they played No Man's Sky for just about 5 minutes and then updated the machine before it bricked itself. The Steam website says that their particular issue, which is marked by the right half of the LED bar turning into a breathing red light paired with a solid red light on the indicator LED, indicates GPU failure, a possibly fatal issue harkening back to the Xbox 360's Red Ring of Death.

EU rules against Stop Killing Games

The EU Commission has finally made its decision on the Stop Killing Games campaign, and has elected not to recommend new legislation preventing publishers from revoking access to online-only games. It's a notable blow to Stop Killing Games, but the movement's founder insists there's reason to hope for new laws regardless of this outcome.

AMD FSR 4.1 now comes to RX 7000 GPUs

AMD has now confirmed that FSR Upscaling 4.1 is available for Radeon RX 7000 series graphics cards. This expands AMD’s latest machine learning based upscaler beyond the Radeon RX 9000 series.

The announcement also confirms that RDNA 3 APUs are still on AMD’s roadmap. AMD says it is developing “lightweight machine learning models” for APU players, which suggests that integrated graphics will need a separate path rather than the same model used by discrete Radeon RX 7000 cards.

What is the people's opinion on STRAY?

I have played it 2-3 times. Whenever I start the session, I start it with a smile on my face, but deep in my heart, I already know how the ending goes and after the last mission, it always saddens me, that a cat could form a connection with a robot.

Have people here played this game, what's your opinion on its story?

Valve says Steam Machine and Steam Frame 'shipping this summer'- Yes during the NAND crisis!!!

The Steam Machine seems to be everything that the gaming world is talking about right now, partially because PC building took a nosedive thanks to high prices, and also because it's a Valve product. The console/PC hybrid (PConsole, maybe?) remains a highly anticipated product despite rumors of a price hike. The release is now set in stone and imminent, as Valve has officially confirmed the summer 2026 launch window and expanded its Verified program to include Machine and Frame alongside the Deck.

how to start?

So, I really want to play forza horizon with a wheel, pedal, and shifter set, but I don't know where to start and what to buy, I would like to buy something which is not very expensive but is also of admirable build quality, I have always played it on a controller and I want to get a rough idea of how much would it cost me if I get enough cash flows. There is no budget, but whatever is the cheapest but of not questionable variety.

Please advice :)
