Hallo Zusammen, ich bin neulich umgezogen und dabei hat meine Umzugsfirma durch unsachgemäße Handhabung mein ziemlich teures (1200€) Tischgestell https://www.inwerk-bueromoebel.de/alle-bueromoebel/buerotische/komponenten/tischgestelle/13327/hoehenverstellbares-tischgestell-masterlift-4-schwarz-2022-edition optisch beschädigt.

So wie es auf dem Bild zu sehen ist, ist es auf dieser Seite komplett Zerkratzt (auch wenn das Bild viel schlimmer aussieht als in echt, da man die Kratzer nur so extrem gut sieht mit direkten Lich/Blitz), weil die das Tischgestell auf dieser Seite auf dem Boden hatten und dann ungeschützt über den Boden im Transporter gezogen haben. Wer hätte ahnen können das sowas passieren könnte...

Nun haben sie mir 300€ geboten (nach dem initialen Angebot von 250€) oder sie beauftragen eine Reparatur, welche sie auf 350€ geschätzt haben. Falls es für den Sachverhalt relevant ist, das ganze ist in der Schweiz passiert.

Meine Frage wäre nun, was würdet ihr machen? Inwiefern lässt sich sowas überhaupt reparieren? Das ist ja ein ganz glatter Lack/Pulverbeschichtung oder was auch immer auf dem Metallgestell und die Kratzer sind denke ich auch tiefer, daher wird es schwierig das 100% reparieren zu können. Daher auch, wie "gut" muss sowas im fall einer Reparatur denn überhaupt repariert werden, was ich hinnehmen müsste?

Meine Rechtsschutz hatte mir in der erst Auskunft nur gesagt, das ich mal berechnen solle, was das ganze denn noch wert wäre. Da der höhenverstellbare Tisch ja noch funktionstüchtig ist, hätte ich ja keinen Anspruch auf vollständigen Ersatz.

I have a selfhosted UniFi OS Server. I haven't seen a new update for quite some time. But maybe I always forgot to remember the version I had before and it just updated without me noticing.

But when looking at https://ui.com/download/software/unifi-os-server it shows that the current version is 5.1.19. My version seems close to be a year outdated. How can I update my selfhosted instance when its stuck?

It was working 100% when I switched from the network controller to the new UniFi OS Server. I also checked my DNS but nothing is being blocked from the servers IP.

I was at a café and when I wanted to pay (~60CHF) with twint prepaid I got this error message. I have to use the prepaid version because I use the bank neon. In the end I had to pay with Yuh`s twint. Any idea what's wrong with it? I also had 500chf in the app so insufficient funds shouldn't be an issue

Ich bin mir nicht wirklich sicher wie ich mein neues Schlafzimmer anrichten soll.

Man sagt ja immer man soll das Bett nicht als erstes sehen wenn man ins Schlafzimmer kommt (Bild 2). Jedoch hätte ich somit auch immer vollen Zugang zum Fenster. Das wäre mir jedoch nicht so wichtig, da es mir auch nichts ausmachen würde kurz übers Bett zu steigen, wenn ich dann mal durchlüften möchte.

Beim Bild 1 würde man zuerst den Kleiderschrank sehen. Allerdings bin ich mir da nicht so ganz sicher, ob man sich vielleicht daran stört das die sicht wahrscheinlich durch den Kleiderschrank behindert wird bis zur Türe.

Falls es auch einen Unterschied machen würde, die Wand oben und rechts sind aussenwände. Links ist das Treppenhaus. Es ist ein 2 Jahre alter Neubau, daher ist auch schon eingeplant die Möbel mit 5cm Abstand zu den Wänden zu stellen.

Also, Bild 1, 2, oder 3?

I live in Dübendorf right now and Wincasa told me I need to notify/cancel water and electricity.

For electricity it was pretty simple https://www.glattwerk.ch/ because they have a dedicated form when moving. I also always got a dedicated bill from my electricity provider which I had to pay quarterly.

But when it comes to the water I am a bit confused. Wincasa gave me this https://www.wvd.ch/ but for me its not very obvious that I have to cancel something? Surely if this was a must do when moving away they would also have a form for this, no? The FAQ also mentions nothing. Water was also included in the rent or at least I never got a dedicated bill for it like for electricity. So do I have to do something for the Water?

Meine baldige neue Wohnung hat wie ich finde einen nicht ganz so optimalen schnitt. Daher würde ich gerne mal um eure Hilfe bitten für Ideen, wie ich die Möbel am besten platzieren kann.

Bei mir ist mein Schreibtisch/PC mein Zentraler Punkt. Dort ist meistens meine Arbeit und dann auch mein entertainment. Eine couch und Fernseher habe ich aktuell nicht, habe aber überlegt mir einen 2-sitzer zu holen und einen 65" Fernseher würde ich von einem Freund günstig bekommen, um darauf mal Filme zu schauen zu können. Also müsste das auch schon mal mit eingeplant werden.

In dem Sinne gibt es zu verteilen:

• Schreibtisch mit allem drum und dran benötigt ca. 300x80cm
• Kleiderschrank 305x60cm + 50cm mit offenen Türen offen
• Bett ist 190x200cm + 67cm pro Nachtschrank. Idealerweise bekommt man beide aufgestellt aber mindestens 1. Also total entweder 260/330x200cm.
• Die Küche ist relativ klein. In der jetzigen Wohnung habe ich mir Quasi noch eine Kücheninsel dazu gebaut, welche 240cm lang ist, wo noch meine Küchenmaschine/Mikrowelle/Airfrier drauf steht. Das alles werde ich denke ich nicht alles in der Küche selbst unterbringen können und müsste mir auch was dazu bauen. Es kann auch eine kombi Möglichkeit sein mit Sitzgelegenheit. So habe ich das aktuell gelöst als Esstisch kombi.
• Eine Couch mit Fernseher

Ich habe mal meinen ersten Entwurf gemacht. Zum Kleiderschrank: Ich besitze nur einen, aber habe mal 2 Positionen einfach eingezeichnet. Ich bin mir gar nicht sicher ob er Überhaupt an Position 1 stehen kann von der Größe her, und wäre die direkte Anbindung zum Bad auch mit geschlossener Türe ein Problem wegen Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel?

But now I am a bit confused. First of all, the provider I get my electricity from/pay the bills to is "neovac". And on their bills it also says that I should notify them prior moving out. So who do I have to notify now? Glattwerk, Neovac or both? I already asked Wincasa but they were a bit confused and told me its just the Glattwerk I need to notify. The Glattwerk also has a dedicated form on their website to notify them.

Secondly, the water provider. I don't get this at all. When visiting the wcd.ch website, this seems to be something completely else. The closest I could find was https://www.wvd.ch/ but they don't have any information on their website regarding moving away. And I can't imagine a provider like this doesn't have an online web form to notify them. Btw. I never got a dedicated water bill like I got for my electricity
