PC Network card suggestion for 25G

Although my mainboard is a little bit limited with 25G (MSI Z690 Torpedo) I think I can still get 15G+. Right now I have this card in mind: Mellanox CX4121A MCX4121A-ACAT ConnectX-4.

Is this my best option for my windows PC? Currently I use a 10G Connect X3 but I would move that to my server when upgrading the one on my PC.

Using an E-Scooter in other countries (insurance)

You don't need anything to legally drive an e-scooter in Switzerland. Germany, for example, requires you to have insurance for them (which is essentially demonstrated by a licence plate).

As far as I know, Switzerland doesn't even have the option of an insurance Licence plate. Does anyone know if it's possible for Swiss residents to legally drive their own e-scooters in other countries, such as Germany?

I bought this router, because this is also the recommended one by my ISP and I didn't know better at this time.

Right now I have a 10G ISP internet connection. I wanted the possibility to upgrade to 25G at a later time when I wanted to. So basically I wanted to future proof myself a bit. I already own this router for 2 years but just now I got into tinkering with it, with like VLANs, hardening / properly setting up a firewall etc.

Right now when uploading something with 9Gbit/s the CPU usage is about 60%. I think this will nowhere get me near to 25G. It will probably max out at 15G.

Do you have any recommendations? Maybe its a misconfiguration somewhere or did I just messed up buying this router? Btw. I'm also open to general suggestions for changes to my configuration.

Recently I upgraded to the latest Potato version 3.1.2.2. Before I had the version 3.1.1.9. I feel like the latency got noticeably worse with about 50ms-100ms more than before. Has anyone else also noticed something in that regard?

My Current Setup is: Set PC Audio to Voicemeeter input -> via HDMI to Denon 3800 AVR using WDM in Voicemeeter. Do you have any suggestions on what I could try?
