CF moto 250cc motorbike rent in kathmandu?

Guys, one of my friends is planning to buy a CF Moto 250cc, but before buying, he wants to try the bike for a few days.

Do you think this bike is available for rent in Kathmandu? I think renting it for a day or two, riding it, and then deciding whether to buy it could be a good idea.

What do you guys think? Is it worth trying first? 😄 what about 210cc? yeso feedbacks dinu hola

Cycling in patan is fun! Join me guys in Weekend

One of my favorite things to do in Patan — exploring its hidden alleys on a mountain bike, grabbing a warm Jerry Swari and a cup of tea in the early morning.

What about you guys? What’s your favorite way to explore Patan?

Join me if you’d like to pedal together. :)

A hidden gem in Nepal during our monsoon hike. 🌿💧

This was just one of the waterfalls we explored—there are actually 2–4 beautiful waterfalls scattered around this area. We were short on time, so we couldn't visit them all, but even this one made the hike completely worth it..

Monsoon really transforms these trails into something magical. i really love to hike during monsoon season what about you guys?

Location: Bhardev hike, Nepal

Looking for advice on travel business.

One of my neighbors is selling his travel agency, which has been running successfully for the past 12 years. He’s getting older, has done well financially, and now wants to retire. Since he isn’t into digital marketing or online business, he’s decided to sell the company.

I’m a licensed trekking guide and already done few freelancing treks and tours, so I have experience in tourism and some knowledge of digital marketing. He’s asking NPR 12 lakh for the agency.

In Nepal, starting a new travel agency requires a paid-up capital of around NPR 25 lakh, so buying an existing company seems like it could be an opportunity.

My questions are:
Is NPR 12 lakh a fair valuation for a 12-year-old travel agency?
What financial or legal documents should I review before making a decision?
Given the current tourism market in Nepal, would you buy an existing agency or start a new one?
What are the biggest risks I should be aware of?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has bought, sold, or operated a travel agency. Thanks in advance!
