I am moving to Fargo all the way from Puerto Rico soon. I've been studying the weather and also asking locals about it. I was told to invest in good winter clothes and not to buy them in PR. In PR since people travel a lot we have winter clothes in Walmart, Macy's JC Penney, and other places, but I was told to buy them in Fargo because the clothes that are sold there are more for the local winters.
Can anyone suggest good stores for me to buy them at? I am also a large man, but aside from that I am also very tall so I end up needing sizes like 3XLT or 4XLT
