This week on "What did Shami get insane over?" we have Tiara, who is perfect in every way and if anything happens to her, I'm going to unalive everyone in the room.
We also have Fabio, who is also perfect, and as someone who loved Hubert, I sure hope he doesn't betray us! (PLEASE, IS, PLEASE DON'T MAKE HIM A VILLAIN). I will marry him on Dietrech's route as soon as it's possible, LOL
Also, I know this isn't a dating sim, but talking husbandos and waifus is fun, and talking about how I hope they have a maddening difficulty so I can slam my face in a wall for a few chapters before min-maxxing isn't always that riveting of a conversation...
SO. How many people loved Tiara and Fabio as much as Shami? Hopefully we have an army here? They will be protected at all costs?
(I love mages in general, haha)
I really hope the pirate-man is a strategist class, LOL - they're my favorite!
Plus, I don't know why, but every Fire Emblem man who has one eye is always my favorite in that game, LOL (Yes, I loved Saizo - he's cool! ;-;)

I don't know if people have talked about this yet, BUT in the latest sneak peek with Deitrich, the enemies are labeled "花嫁の朋友" which means "Friend of the Bride" and I was seriously intrigued about that, lol

I'm thinking this game is going to have more short-range tactical nukes, and that depresses me a bit (as that was my least favorite thing about Three Houses, frankly).

So, I'm fairly confident this is a "alternate timeline" situation where Nemesis won against Rhea. THEN we're going into the future, type of thing.
I think the crests are everywhere because Nemesis and his crew traveled and had them babies.

Which route am I doing first in Fortune's Weave?
When I played Three Houses, my experience was greatly enhanced by the order I played the routes (Dimitri, Edelgard, Claude, Church). Dimitri's take on the story (along with the reveal of the Flame Emperor) made me super excited to play the game again with Edelgard!
And once I had seen the story multiple times, it was great to have Claude ask all the questions that were left unaswered in the previous routes.
The Church route wasn't very story intensive, but that's why I played it on the hardest difficulty, and it felt like a capstone.
I desperately want to have that experience again with Fortune's Weave... so the real question is, which route is going to be the most steeped in the main conflict? I'm guessing Cai or Leda, so I'm going to start with one of them (depending on how the beginning rolls out).
What about everyone else? o.o
