I’m now going backwards with episodes rather than watching the new one each week. Pat O’Neil has great jokes, but will he ever produce hilarious interviews like William did? The difference between the show now and the show 1-2 years ago is crazy. William closing felt like such a treat and something to look forward to.
Been listening to some other random RSK media since the Spotify kerfuffle (but we are back now?)
Anyway, this 20 seconds here is pretty much all you need to know about Karl and his dynamic with Ricky. Just poke him lightly and you produce comedy gold.
I really wish we had more like this, but, you know. Quality, not quantity.
9 months in. Bought these for winter but I cannot take them off. Perfect for rainy days walking the dog. They can take an absolute beating.
I’m trying to connect my karcher k2 compact to an aftermarket snow cannon.
The female quickrelease-to-22mm the cannon came with is too loose. Water just pours out and it pulls out with little force. The metal quickrelease bars don’t seem to engage (though idk what they would engage to)
I bought a karcher branded one thinking this would solve the problem. The hose won’t even get past the metal collar of the quickrelease. It’s just too tight.
Am I looking at the wrong connectors here? Someone please tell me what i’m missing.
Bon Iver, Gregory Alan Isakov, City And Colour, Tyler Childers, Wntersleep, Manchester Orchestra,….among some other random artists (Hosier, Fleet Foxes, Noah Kahan, Iron And Wine, John Mayer…etc)….this is what my current playlist looks like.
It’s a bit folky, a bit country, a bit emo, there’s some happy songs and some gut-wrenching ones.
Give me your best songs that fit this vibe. I’ve just found out about Watchtower and I’m loving some of that and I’m t really thinking there must be a LOT more beautiful songs I’m missing.
Ripping off a post I saw earlier here but I think, if you’re gonna rip someone off, let it be a brainbox like u/yolk_oh_oh_no.
I’ve been a saucer drinker for coming up on 10 years now. I would, like many of you, fall asleep to the pods back in 2016. Shoutout Manmoth on YouTube.
It dawned on me this spring, on my 1000th re-listen, that random facts and trivia mentioned in the show have completely taken over my mind. To the point where I don’t know which came first. Did I know the facts before or am I just going off what is said on XFM.

Slugs liking envelope glue.
Pasties being invented for miners (and having a sweet treat in one end).
Your ears and nose never stop growin’.
Ketchup was a medicine (more of a tonic really, more of a pick me up)
A flea can jump over St Paul’s cathedral.

Did I know these before I started listening or do I know them because of the show?
My mind is fried at this point. I can’t cook, shower, clean, sunbathe or hoover (don’t really hoover tbh) without listening.
Anyone else?
