Positive Review for u/Japanshopaholic

I got my package in less than a week! u/Japanshopaholic made everything so seamless and easy!

These Pringles are only made in Japan and I have already opened the first container and they are so delicious!

They were wrapped well and even though they were shipped almost none broke in the package and I got full sized chips.

I will not hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend u/Japanshopaholic to anyone who wants to buy in Japan.

Kimono Shop Assistant

A kimono shop that I work in is looking for staff. I thought I should share here in case anyone is looking. It is a good place to work.

A kimono shop in Tokyo is looking for an English speaking shop assistant. No Japanese needed. Part time ok. 1 day a week is fine. Shop discount on all kimonos. No experience necessary, they will train you.

If interested please comment below and DM me your weekly availability of when you are available to work. If it overlaps when they need someone then I will connect you.

26 Female in Japan seeks partner

I live in Japan and I'm seeking someone who wants to come live in the Japanese or New Zealand or Canadian countryside with me. I am bilingual so either country is okay. Although I would prefer a place without snow and ice.

I love gardening and eating farm to table. I also love making preserves and baking.

I am an introvert and fairly easy going. I love reading and scuba diving.

I would love to find someone of any gender who shares my ideals.

Legally, when can I use pepper spray?

TLDR Legally, when can I use bear repellent spray on a person?

Today at the bus stop a mentally disturbed man in his 30s started harassing me unprovoked. Middle of the day with a few people walking around and the street full of traffic. Not a tourist area so I was the only Foreigner in the area.

I was wearing almost the exact same brown polka dot dress that Julia Roberts wore in Pretty Woman except mine has sleeves. Not showing any cleavage and it was below my knee. I doubt the man would know this dress from the movie though.

I am a tall woman with long blond hair that goes below my waist and large natural breasts which were fully covered. My looks are relevant to the story.

I was at the bus stop first and asked the woman in her 60s if I had missed my bus in Japanese. She said she has not seen it.

The police were across the street moving cars parked on the main road. It was 2 female officers in the car. By the time everything happened they were already passed us but we could still see them.

I heard him before I saw him. The first thing he said were my breasts were unnaturally large and he was trying to confirm that they are fake implants.

I said nothing and ignored and turned away.

Then he started fantasizing scenarios sexually about me out loud which I still ignored.

Then he goes around and starts screaming that I am a prostitute with STDs and many other disgusting sexual things.

I made it clear I was not I said I was just waiting for the bus and told him to please leave me alone and turned again.

This made him upset so he pulled my hair. I fell backwards and ripped my dress. He also lunged at me when I turned around and tried to grab my breasts.

I walked away from him around the bus stop sign. Trying to stay away from the senior citizens also waiting for the bus.

He then plows into the aforementioned lady while trying to lunge for me.

The senior citizens were telling him to stop.

A man in his 70s started walking to get the police.

Finally the bus came and we jumped on. He ran off when he saw the old man talking to the police. I think if the police were not there he might have jumped onto the bus.

I had the bear spray in my purse but I was afraid of getting in trouble to use it.

I know the law in Japan is justifiable self defense. If I was alone I would have used it. Or if the police were not within eyeline but not eyesight. I doubt they saw anything from their angle unless they turned around. In this case would it be justified to use bear spray? I was thinking since he accidently pushed the elderly lady trying to reach me then it would be considered justified?

I have bruises on my back now and my dress is basically ruined. I also twisted my ankle as I went down so it might be sprained. I am actually really sore.

The lady and I were talking on the bus and she is okay. Fortunately she did not fall down she was just pushed a little bit. The other elderly ladies who saw what happened were encouraging me to go to the police but I am unsure what they would even do and I had to hurry to work.

Also I was just standing at the bus stop facing the street. If he had not yelled I would not have seen him so this definitely was not provoked.

What happens if I see this guy again? I go to meetings at that bus stop so I am there sometimes. I already checked Google maps and the stop before it and the stop after it are almost 30 minutes walk away. How can I avoid him in the future?

Facebook Friends

A perspective DB that I met through Facebook just sent me this message . My profile is locked and he is not on my friends list. I only add people I actually know. My profile is 16 years old.

I am bit curious, as to why you have just 128 friends , mostly it's a flag when an id is fake

We were supposed to have an in person interview on Saturday. How do I even reply? Should I just burn this bridge?

Please note I have not even started yet. Still waiting for the contract.

The job starts mid May. Already have done 2 interviews and about 10 calls with them. Just waiting for them to send over the contract we have negotiated.

They called this morning but I did not answer since I was out in a noisy place. I texted and apologized within a minute of their call. Then they called again but I still did not answer. I suggested talking later today but they say that they are busy people and this is suspicious.

Is this a red flag for me? Or are they just being overly cautious?
