I bought the Mass Effect games on Steam yesterday, but I can't play them because the code isn't being sent to my email.
Is anyone else having this problem? If I can't fix it, I'll end up having to return the game.

Hello. I just finished Act 1, and to be honest, so far I've only been to the areas marked by the story, without exploring the optional areas because I planned to leave them for later.
But because of what happens at the end of Act 1, I was wondering if I've permanently lost any areas, side quests, etc. (No spoilers, please).
I'm asking mainly because I still have time to load a previous save and go complete those areas before finishing the act.
For the past couple of days, Discord has been logging me out every time I go to the website. No matter how many times I log in, the session doesn't stay active if I close the tab.
Before, I could stay logged in to the website for ages and it worked perfectly, but now it just closes on its own instead of staying logged in, and sometimes it even closes while I'm already in Discord.
What can I do? I don't find the PC app convenient to use; I prefer the website.
I want to buy the DLC, and on Amazon Japan, both passes are the same price as one in my country.
I have no problem redeeming games on the Japanese eShop since I know how to change my account's region, but I want to make sure the DLC will be compatible.
