This has got to be the most saddest day of my life😭

Liberator of Rubicon had me in tears and now this?!.... If the third ending's gonna be sad... I'M GONNA BE SAD, BIG TIME....😭😭😭

Anyway here's a speedrun attempt on Ayre hihi😘

"Bad Joke" by me

drew this after that liberator of rubicon ending wrecked me. named it after the fight's actual theme song lol ("rough and decent (bad joke)") bc it felt too perfect not to.

kinda wanted to go for that twins at the carousel meme but as a still frame instead of animated, since idk how to animate lol

still bad at rendering/shading ngl, half the face is still just lineart bc i wasn't confident enough to commit to shading it yet 💀 go easy on me, still learning.

Lore accurate(?) Cinder Carla

made an attempt at drawing "Cinder" Carla based off the sketches from the STV log. tried to give her that RaD mad scientist energy, also gave her the "i will explain your death via powerpoint" glasses because i felt like that fit.

lineart only for now, colors maybe later if i dont lose motivation like every other wip. roast the anatomy if you must, i can take it.

Hello! I'm trying to find a yt video that's a playlist that included moeshop, need help

So I've been itching my mind since yesterday trying to find that one yt video playlist that contains futurefunk songs. I listened to it around 2020 - 2021, it included moeshop. The thumbnail was with an anime girl that has her tits out but the nipples were covered with a Barcode. It starts with "yoroshiku onegai shimasu, Senpai" then followed with an English rap... If anyone remembers, pls let me know🙏

My depiction of 621 and Ayre

Trying out digital drawing for the first time and I chose our 621 and Ayre as my first art. This is how they look in my imagination. Inspired by Gurren Lagann style. Still WIP but here ya go.

finally beat this Balteus guy after 34 tries send help😭

hands were shaking on this run, i'm not okay😭😭😭

this was genuinely the most stressed AND the most fun i've ever been in any game i've ever played. had to fight sulla every single time just to GET to balteus and kept swapping builds because what works on one destroys me on the other. phase 2 flamethrower caught me off guard way more times than i'd like to admit🫠

34 tries. it's done. i need air. is this normal lmao

I FINALLY BEAT THE HELICOPTER BOSS AFTER 20+ TRIES 😭

i am actually shaking rn. 20+ attempts on what i'm pretty sure is the TUTORIAL boss💀

the amount of times it flew outside the map and i couldn't reach it to melee it... i was going insane. but this run it stayed in the arena the whole time and i just kept running up and slashing it until it died??? i don't even fully know what i did lmao

is this game always like this or did i just get cooked by the first boss 😭

is upgrading the RAM on my Predator Helios 16 (PH16-72-72N5) worth it?

so i've had this thing for a while now and it's been treating me well, i7-14700HX, RTX 4070, running on 16GB DDR5. for most games it holds up fine but i've been noticing some stutters when i have a lot of stuff open in the background (discord, browser with like 15 tabs, game running, etc.)

planning to throw in another 16GB stick to hit 32GB dual-channel. the laptop has 2 SODIMM slots so there's room. also thinking of adding a second 1TB NVMe SSD in the second M.2 slot since my current one's getting full fast.

questions for people who've done this:

  1. is the jump from 16GB to 32GB actually noticeable for gaming + multitasking or is it more of a placebo thing at this point?

  2. does it matter what brand i get for the DDR5 SODIMM as long as the speed matches (5600MHz)?

  3. for the SSD, it supports PCIe Gen 4, should i just get a Gen 4 drive or would a Gen 3 work too (even if slower)?

not really looking to max it out to 64GB right now, 32 feels like the sweet spot. just wanna make sure i'm not overthinking this before i spend money lol

anyone here running the same or similar unit? would love to hear how the upgrade went

looking for anime suggestions, especially mecha.

so i'm looking for new stuff to watch and i'm really into mecha but i'm open to other genres too

quick disclaimer before anyone says it: i have watched gundam. all of it. yes all of it. please do not recommend gundam. i appreciate you but no

for mecha specifically i've seen the obvious ones but i'm wondering if there's anything more obscure or underrated that doesn't get talked about enough. i'm fine with older stuff too, doesn't have to be recent

for non-mecha i'm pretty open, i like action and i don't mind if the story gets dark or complicated. i actually prefer it when the writing takes itself seriously

the only things i'm not really into are pure slice of life and overly long shonen with 500 episodes of filler

any suggestions appreciated, bonus points if the mecha has good lore or an interesting world behind it and it's not just robots punching each other for 24 episodes

first time considering digital art, will my traditional drawing skills carry over?

so i've been drawing on paper with pencil for a while now, nothing serious just sketching for fun. my friend told me to try ibispaint and i downloaded it but haven't really opened it properly yet because it looks kind of overwhelming

my main question is like, if i already know how to sketch on paper does that help at all with digital? or is it basically starting from zero because the tools are completely different

also i keep hearing people talk about stabilizer and layers and blend modes and i have no idea what any of that means. is there a big learning curve even if you already know how to draw

and is ibispaint specifically a good place to start or should i be using something else for a beginner. i don't want to invest a lot of time into an app and then find out pros don't actually use it

sorry if this is a dumb question i just don't want to download a bunch of stuff and give up after a week

Is AC6 worth it for someone who's never played Armored Core before?

so i've been eyeing Armored Core 6 for a while now and it's currently 50% off on Steam so it's sitting at like $30. never played any AC game before, only fromsoft experience is a little bit of elden ring before i gave up

main things i'm worried about:

is the learning curve insane? like i don't mind hard games but i don't want to spend 80% of my time in a parts menu i don't understand

also is there an actual story or is it just "cool robot go shoot" because i actually care about that stuff

and does it have replay value or is it a one and done type deal

sorry if this is a dumb question, just don't wanna drop $30 on something i'll bounce off in 2 hours
