Should I buy 8tb HDD for a new RAID while prices are inflated?

I'm a videographer.

My raid that is currently filled costs me $400 for 16 TB (4x4TB, lasted 3.5 years). Now it would cost me about $1400 to do 32TB with a new enclosure, mainly because hard drives are so expensive. I could make the investment now, knowing these prices would likely decrease eventually, or just get 4x 4 TB hard drives, spend less, and not dump the investment at the peak of inflated prices.

As an FX6 user I am actually impressed by the S5ii

Did this small event in Texas, didn't pay amazing because it was their first event, so I used my S5ii instead, also first time not using a gimbal at all, which was nice. Very impressed, I desire more dynamic range for sure, auto focus compared to fx6 is about a 5/10, but everything else is great. I didn't use V log because I'm lazy, so I know I would have gotten more dynamic range if I did. Just don't care to color grade much anymore unless the extra time is actually worth the money.

Are there any electric SUVs that are reliable, nice, affordable, and not Tesla?

I’m against Tesla, I just don’t like large car payment. I have been looking at getting Hyundai Ioniq 5 or the Kia ev6, but that ICCU problem is rough. I have a job where if I’m on the side of the road, I might just lose that client there is no redos. Looking in 26k range. ICE cars can fail but typically don’t leave you stranded and can only be fixed by specific people.

Besides mustangs E literally every other electric suv is just “meep meep” looking, or expensive. Am I missing some in the 26k range. Yes the Chevy bolt is ugly also

Why do the assessment questions not relate to the textbook?

Currently doing financial statement analysis for a finance degree. I know most people say this is one of, if not the hardest, classes of the degree. I'm fine with hard, but it seems hard because it's like they didn't read the damn textbook before assigning it.

Many times it asks me to use an equation that the TEXT NEVER PROVIDED, is it just something I'm supposed to know? If it wasn't for AI idk how people would do these online degrees.

I put every page into chat after reading it to summarize and make notes, so far it works fine. But then I get to the chapter assessment, and the first question, I'm not familiar with how to answer. I put it in chat and asked if we ever covered this topic. NOPE.

Like what on earth?

I'm noticing this class, yes is hard, but it's hard because the material and what you need to know is scattered. I went deep into the resources and found a page saying things I should study these basics before even starting the course material.... WHY IS THAT NOT IN THE COURSE MATERIAL? Why is this hidden behind 6 different tabs? That's not even hard to do, instead of 3 sections just do 4.

I did the PA, and I swear, like 40% of the questions the textbook didn't really talk about. Not hard questions if I know what is being asked, but like, how else do you want me to learn them if you don't have a section about it?

Lastly, why is every question so tricky??? I feel like I don't learn by answering trick questions.

Just a little rant sorry, I like WGU but it definitely has made me appreciate traditional school. I never felt left out to dry in my college days.

Could finishing my Finance degree help with running a branding agency?

Hello everyone, long story short, I've been a videographer since I was 13. Went to film school at 18 and dropped out because I was already doing ok in the video world.

I always had a nagging feeling that I wanted to develop more skills than just video. My current job is a mix of video, pr, and account management. Always loved money and how it works; never was that helpless creator who needs to make art without regard for ROI.

So, I'm currently getting an online degree in finance, about 80% done with no debt, so I might as well finish and I do enjoy it, just a new way of thinking i'm not familiar with.

I've kinda came to the conclusion I don't think I would fully enjoy any job where all my time is being taken. Most of my family are business owners (not in finance, not even close), and I've always known I wanted to own a business. I've been very familiar with the risks and struggles, but I simply think it's what I want to do. Think it's just in my blood. Even if I fail I just want to know I tried

How can this degree help in the effort? I know finance applies to almost every field in some form or fashion.

Just a little more detail on the type of business. My dad has run a branding agency for about 20 years and wants me to take it over at some point. I would involve myself in that, doing less of the creative work and focusing on scaling the business.

Is the ICCU the only problem with this car?

I've been doing extensive research on this car, I want one really bad. But naturally risk-averse. I'm familiar with the ICCU issues, but as far as I can tell, the main EV battery seems to have very few complaints. Has anyone had problems with the car outside of the ICCU? I know some phone connectivity issues exist but that's stuff I can deal with.

All I want is a decent-looking electric car that will last me over 150k miles without costing a bunch of money.
