Advice needed Spoonheads! So I am debating taking my 9-year-old daughter to her very first Spoon show Friday night in Milwaukee. I'm of course a die hard, and she's inherited some Spoon love from her dad and would be really excited to go. But I'm questioning whether a late night GA crowd at Summerfest is a good environment for her. Anyone with experiences or thoughts? Thank you!
I'm thinking of taking my 9-year-old daughter to her first show this Friday. (Spoon — my all-time favorite, and a band she really likes). She's excited, but is the Generac Stage a good environment for a 9-year-old? I'm worried it might be too crowded and rowdy for her that late at night. Anyone ever been and have any advice? I'm also debating whether to get pit access. My first thought was that being close to the stage would be better, but now I'm wondering if the pit is actually a bad idea for a kid. Maybe I'm overthinking all this. Would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!
I am picky and finally found the perfect and only White Sox hat I want... only to discover it doesn't ship to the U.S.! Aside from contemplating the absurdity of this restriction (seriously, why would a Chicago White Sox hat be made exclusive for non-U.S. markets?), I take to Reddit to see if there's a legit, trustworthy way to actually get this hat to my Chicago household. Has anyone done this before, or does anyone have an idea? Thank you!
