Hi,

Today i got to know that my account was on a temporary hold and when i visited my home branch they where telling that your transactions have been flagged. They were telling me that your account has been bloacked under suspicion of money laundering they where telling me that you get anount credited and they amount goes to other account at end of the day or is beeing used instantly.

I clarified them that these were done to my own account and family and friends but still they were telling me to either convert it into minimum balance account or close your account(for context i have a salary family savings account under my father salary account which is a zero balance account which comes under preferred family banking.)at last they forced me to fill account closure form.

I told them that just tell me exactly what was the exact reason for the hold but they were just forcing that you either close or convert it.

Can we do anything to this?

And this same similar situation has been faced by my friends with same reason. Some of them converted their account and others like me got frustrated and closed it 😅.

Hi today I got the flipkart axis approved and i want to use it today as the flipkart sale is live but where can I Access my card I haven't received the physical card yet

Note i don't hold account with axis

I applied today for the flipkart axis it showed conditionally approved and then went for vkyc and completed it successfully.

When I open the flipkart app now it shows the agent will come and collect documents.

Is this normal anyone who has applied for this card please give yr views

I am tensed because my permanent and communication address is different and I have proof for permanent but not for communication address.

I also don't fill the itr but have statements though will that work If he asks for income proof
