M,20, 94kg, 172cm (want to loss weight) what should be beginning gym routine like what type of exercise should do apart from cardio for strength training, since it will be my first time going to the gym???

I currently weighs 94.95 kg; college is starting from September; my height is 5'6"-7"ish; I'm age 20; and I wanted to do calisthenics as well as boxing. So, what should my ideal weight be, and what are the requirements for it, like how much protein should I take (I'm currently taking B12 supplements), how to train my body, how to lose weight effectively, what should be the diet, and so on? And since I'll be in college, how much would all the supplements (like whey, creatine, etc.) cost per month? any advice would suffice.

I'm getting CSE in csab at IIIT Nagpur, I like the overall placement and all, the thing which is bugging me is that hostel is limited....Like college hostel generally get full during the end of jossa...and after that you have to take either DIA hostel (correct me if I'm wrong), or look for PG which result in daily travelling to and fro...I want to ask IIITN seniors whats the current senario right now regarding the hostel???

While researching which is better branch here in this subreddit, almost everyone suggest go into any branch and then change the brand cuz 1st year syllabus is same...blah..blah

1. Just wanted to know is it that easy to change brand?

2. How many of your peer group have done it or how you have done it?

3. Whether it is easy or hard, how can one change branch (got any tricks and tips up in your sleeve)?

So NIOS had not released their marks that are required in Jossa/Csab councelling, but the JAB site says that if specific boards have not submitted their marks, you'll have to produce a certificate that states that you are in top 20 percentile. I had emailed them regarding this but still no response, what to do????

1. What is the condition of hostel ? Can we

get single rooms in later years? Is the mess food

hygienic?

2. How is the overall college life ? Are the fests good

like other Nits?

3. How are the professors of the department ?

How is the overall infrastructure?

4. Do people here can sit in tech placments, even they are from non-tech branches?
