UK Press Pack - June 2026 - Still implies V2L on ALL models

Vehicle-to-Load
The EV3 is fitted as standard with Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), first introduced with the EV6. It allows customers to power 220V appliances using their EV3 battery by plugging the cable into the EV charging port or the dedicated UK 3-pin socket on ‘GT-Line S’ models, located beneath the rear seats. Already offered on the EV6 and EV9, customers have found this system useful for several applications – such as powering electricals on camping trips, providing power in the case of a power cut at home, and even charging other EVs and PHEVs.

Kia Speed Sign Beeps

I have just done the latest software update and I'm now getting beeps every time the speed signs change.

Can these be disabled?

I have been using the built in sat nav, is it related to that?

Edit: all sorted now.

Thanks for replies, except the cunts.

Would you buy?

2021 Enyaq iV Suite

47,000 miles.

Plenty of extras, but matrix headlights and Pano roof missing.

1 year warranty.

£18,900

But...battery health has come back at 88%.

Am I being a prick worrying about 4% as

I'd have said yes already at 92%.

Hi,

I have spoken to a local garage regarding an ID4 they have for sale and they didn't seem to really understand my question/concerns about battery SOH. Its a 2021 model.

They are a small local garage who specialise in ICE vehicles so I don't think they are being underhand and I genuinely believe they haven't had anyone ask this question before.

I could be being naive but they are well respected locally and have excellent reviews.

I have left it with them to try and find out but is it actually that difficult assuming they have VAGCOM or other OBDII devices?

Hi,

I am making the switch to an EV shortly and trying to understand if there are any benefits to IOG that I am unaware of.

I have solar and a small battery that I currently charge overnight.

My rates are:

  • Day 27.96
  • Night 9.69
  • SC 45.24

IOG rates being offered are:

  • Day 33.32
  • Night 8
  • SC 52.19

From these figures I might as well not bother switching, unless there is some benefit that I am missing out on.

thanks
