Legal studies In business worth it?

Going into a bachelor of commerce with a major in Legal studies in business. Is it worth it? It’s not a paralegal diploma or a law degree, but it feels like a glorified arts degree.

What would you do if you found out that your GF at 22 married someone before you for a green card?

Kinda self explanatory. My brother ( 22M ) and his girlfriend ( 22F ) have been dating since last year. Her and I are semi close, but she ended up telling me and a couple of our friends at a birthday that she was married before ( at 19 ) and used him for a green card, until leaving him 6 months before she met my brother. She said that my brother knows about it and I believed her, until they went back to the city where she first immigrated with her family. Turns out she didn’t have family there. When my brother came home, he talked about his trip and how well it went, and talked about how she got her status from the university she used to attend before transferring to our university that’s in a different province. That was my indication that he doesn’t actually know. I ended up telling him what she told me and now he’s debating whether or not to stay with her after this massive reveal. I’m curious to know what other guys around his age would do if you were to find out your girlfriend married a guy for a green card and didn’t tell you? I don’t even think she’s divorced him yet either.

Edit: Were from Canada so we use the term green card to indicate citizenship/PR in my city.

Is it possible to do bcomm while working 7-4pm FT

I’m 21F, and I’m wanting to go back to school for a bachelors in commerce. I have my own apartment and just bought a brand new car, I work full time for a different municipality. I want to go to school as I regret not pursing a bachelors in the beginning and just up and went into the trades instead. Is it possible to do BCOM while doing a 7-4pm shift ( really 3:30 but takes me 30 minutes to get home ). Does macewan offer evening classes or online classes to accommodate?

I feel like I’m falling behind

I (21F) kind of regret not pursing a degree. I went into power engineering and worked in the oil sands and made good money, but never found interest in it. Later went into mining because my ex-boyfriend at the time worked in that field. Now I work for my municipality as a glorified labourer posing as a Power Engineer. I want to go back to school or either Commerce or something in tech as I was passionate about robotics and back ended stuff / ran my own mini business back in high school and was really interested in the business finance portion of it. But I won’t be able to make up the funds to go back until I’m around 23. But I feel like I’m starting too late, I also wouldn’t know how to handle my finances as I live on my own and just bought a brand new car. Loans? Can anyone share any insight? Or if the paths I’m considering is too saturated?

Acrylic/Oil paint recommendations?

Recently had an itch to start painting again!! It’s been years and only had the paints I get from the dollar store. What are some great recommendations for oil and/acrylic paints that aren’t so hard on the wallet, but also you really like/really good?

Is this a Car Scam?

Trying to sell my car on Facebook Marketplace for 6k OBO, a lady texts me and asks for 5k since that is all she has for this month. No problem, and then proceeds to ask if I could hold the car for 2 weeks so she can gather the money and tries to make a deal to put 500 on top of that. I told her that she doesn’t need to put a down deposit as I can hold onto it no problem ( it’s slow selling it so I don’t really care ). And she seemed happy and appreciative, proceeds to say that she’ll leave a message for when she’s ready to come by or that I can leave my number. I said that texting on Facebook messenger is fine with me. Was this a set up that I so happen didn’t fall for?
