Just a little past 4 months since quitting cold turkey, I thought I’d come on here and write about it. All I’m going to say is the key to quitting is staying busy. I’ve tried mints before, I’ve tried weining off, nothing works but staying active and not thinking about it, take up running or walking. Get a hobby that keeps you away from gas stations and thoughts of relapsing. You got this!
I will say I think I’m still a little depressed sometimes. Anyone else go through this 4 months in?
