I know she's not voiced by Hale btw. Back when I used to play Genshin on PC, I played with JP Dub, but now I'm currently playing on mobile with ENG Dub by default since the JP voice pack is kinda big to download; anyway I rarely like English Dub, and when it comes to liking ENG character voices, I really like the voices of Arlecchino, Ineffa, and Raiden Shogun, I think they really nailed. Also I want to mention that I am a fan of Jennifer Hale, I grew up hearing her voice through out many shows & movies; it's unfortunate that she rarely do voice acting anymore, and I am against AI voice replication, but the Tsaritsa ENG voice feels kinda reminiscence to Hale imo, and I do enjoy the voice acting of her Majesty the Tsaritsa more that I thought I would, which is unexpected

I looked up Blender animation tutorials on YouTube, I will try to check the others out, but one of them has you going to a site to implant animations on a model than explaining, and the others are almost over half an hour long, and if I can't go for other alternatives, I guess I will stick with Blender. All I wanted to do is simple test animations such as a Storch headpatting a Kolibri

My Arlecchino is C3, pretty much the strongest DPS I have, I wonder if I should take the opportunity to pull for Citlali, and hopefully Arlecchino's Signature Weapon is returning soon; although I never ever pulled on the weapon's banner before, I heard it takes a lot of fates to get the weapon you want, so I take it it consumes more fates than a character banner?

So I got a new laptop, had an old version of GoW AI Bot Support on a USB stick and transferred it on to my laptop, when I went to launch the game it gave me errors of missing DLL files, I went online to download said DLL files, but now the game won't launch. My laptop is an ASUS TUF Gaming Laptop with AMD Ryzen 7, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650, 16GB RAM and DirectX 12

It has AMD Ryzen 7, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650, 16GB RAM, and 477 GB storage. Though what I want to know is how instead of Admin, can I use my own account with Password? I inquire to the employee/staff guy about if I can leave it plugged all the time like in my room, he said I shouldn't do that cuz it would damage the battery, which I'm not sure is true. Since it's already used, I have trust issues & paranoia/anxiety, I don't suppose I can factory reset the laptop again, should I? On the safe side of course. If it was brand new I would comfortably log in all of my multiple accounts, but I low-key don't want my account get hacked/spyware or something. What do you think is the best course of action for a refurbished laptop?

I got her when she first released but my Itto/Razor level IQ absolutely have no clue or comprehend how she works with her kit and the nightsoul stuff; I was mostly interested with her motorcycle gimmick, just like Wanderer with his flight gimmick, but mainly I was collecting Archons. I heard she is debated/arguably not F2P Friendly, needing two other Natlan characters, plus her signature weapon for her to work effectively; is there really a F2P options & builds for her or no, cuz I could try to clutch with my C3 Arlecchino in Imaginarium Theatre, alternatively I could try building Yanfei or Diluc

I wish I can complete a 3 star set, but the Gacha says "Nope."
