Anyone find this completely stupid?

Context: Buc-ee’s, the popular gas station/ I guess superstore has recently been suing other businesses for logo’s for looking cartoony. They’ve been claiming the mart’s they’re suing have their logos looking similar to theirs. They’ve also mentioned how the logos have that cartoon ascetic similar to buc-ee’s Imo, I think it’s completely ridiculous they’re doing this. Because they quite literally don’t own beavers nor do they own the rights to having their animal characters cartooned. That’s just my opinion, what do you guys think?
