I think at minimum a Dem President and Congress has to consider expanding the court if there is significant GOP retirements.

I used to be against expanding the court but at this point we will never win another House of representives if this continues.

This is going to be a very tight race. Primary is 8/4/26 so a TON of time to debate and differentiate themselves. I think McMorrow has the advantage as long as Stevens drops out at a reasonable time. Her voters will most likely flow to McMorrow more than Al-Sayed.

McMorrow also has a fair amount of ammo given to her by Al-Sayed with his campaigning with Piker and his comments about his pro-Iranian supporters. She has to be careful not to alienate Muslim voters especially in Dearborn so they don’t crossover to Rogers in the General.

My favorite little nugget in the piece is:

I enjoyed this interview. Pretty boiler plate Anti-Trump stuff but does good work debunking far right people suddenly having buyers remorse. Their still trash yall.
