Dark Study Spots?

Being an adult without accommodations is really reminding me that my autism actually affects my life LMAO

Any darker or dim study spots on campus? I don’t want to study in my dorm since that’s my designated resting spot. I don’t even mind some minor noise or talking as long as the lights aren’t slaughtering me.

How tf do you take notes from textbooks (-anxious freshmen)

Because it takes me 2.5 hours to read/note take from 2.5 chapter sections and note the concepts (what I was told to do. summarize each paragraph in a sentence or two.) but then on the actual quizzes and such he asks for specific dates and places and almost everything that isn’t on the slides or “main points to memorize”..... how am I supposed to note take “only whats important “ if EVERYTHING IS???? For context I have environmental science, developmental psych, statistics and texas history.

What’s With The 2-3 Hour Rule?

I’m autistic and rely heavily on structure. Does the 2-3 hours include assignments? And when you first write down the notes before studying them? Has anyone actually followed this rule and seen results?

Can Never Keep Masc Monologue

I don’t know if anything can even be done about this, but is there a way to keep my inner monologue to what my physical voice sounds like? I’m pre T and just recently accepted I was trans but my inner monologue always slips to the physical voice I don’t even like in the first place. I need to find time to do voice training but any other ideas are appreciated.

So…now what?

I’m avoiding the friend I’ve been codependent on for years now for the next month. I have a horrible feeling about this sketchy guy shes with, that or the fear that he’ll replace me, and between that and everything else I honestly just can’t handle it anymore. I’ve been in a similar situation with her before and it drove me to the ground.

So…what now?? How should I use this month to best detach???

Book Reccomendations For Becoming Seductive and/or a good communicator?

I’m autistic and kinda awkward, not to mention I have a stutter. I want some stuff to read to help fix that since I'm going into college. I want to make a lot of friends and just generally become more attractive in terms of how I communicate and present myself.
