If you accidentally break something insanely expensive in a museum (like a $10M vase), what actually happens to you legally and financially?
Assuming it was a total accident (you tripped or lost your balance) and not deliberate vandalism.

With all the hype surrounding Kishimoto's Shadow Rising teaser, we're likely looking at stories set during the height of the Blank Period / early Hokage era.
Personally, I want to see exactly how Konoha modernized so fast or Sasuke's solo dimensions travel right after the war before the Otsutsuki threats fully emerged. What's the main gap in the timeline you want Kishimoto to fill in himself?
Whether you love him or hate him, literally every major conflict in Naruto traces back to Tobirama's decisions. He:
Hashirama had the big ideas but Tobirama did the heavy lifting to lay down the village infrastructure. The irony, of course, is that his methods ended up breeding half the threats in the entire series.
It's easy to forget how long ago Chapter 1 dropped, but setting up the title "To You, 2,000 Years From Now" in the very first scene and not explicitly resolving its exact meaning until Chapter 122 with Ymir Fritz is insane dedication to narrative structure.
Seeing how the entire 2,000 year chain of Titan history connected back to a single choice Ymir made and how Eren was the one to finally reach out to her makes the early setup hit completely differently on a reread.
I just tried to pay my utility bill online, and they tacked on a $3.50 convenience fee.
If I wanted to save that three bucks, I would have to physically drive to their office, stand in a line, hand a paper check to a human being whose salary they have to pay, and have them manually enter it into a system.
Paying online literally saves the company money on labor, printing, and processing. It is exponentially more convenient for them, yet they frame it as a luxury service for the consumer. How has this business model survived for so long without a massive consumer revolt? Who is actually getting the convenience here?
The official site just dropped the announcement
Hey everyone,
I just needed a place to vent because I am currently staring at my screen in shock and my heart is genuinely racing.
I got introduced to Witch Hat Atelier about a month ago. I watched the anime, fell head over heels for it, and when Episode 12 dropped last week, I promised myself I would be strong. I tried so hard to be an anime only and just wait for the next season, but the thirst to know what happens next completely got the best of me.
Two days ago, I cracked (pause). I picked up the manga starting right where the anime left off at Chapter 22, and I’ve binged all the way to Chapter 87. It has been an absolute emotional rollercoaster, but right now? I feel like I'm physically stuck. I am staring at the panel where Tartah holds out his hand to Coco and asks that >!he and her to go with Lisette because they're taking Custas!<, and I literally cannot force myself to scroll down. I’m so overwhelmed trying to figure out what decision she’s going to make.
Before I lose my mind over the plot, I have to talk about Kamome Shirahama’s art. To put it into perspective, here are the main manga I’ve read: Naruto, Bleach, My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, One Punch Man, Blue Lock, and Frieren. I have never in my life seen anything like the panels in this series.
None of those massive Shonen series, or even a beautifully drawn fantasy like Frieren, have ever made me feel this much raw emotion in a single panel or double-page spread. The detail is insane, but it’s the character expressions that kill me. Shirahama draws facial emotions so perfectly that you don’t just see what they’re feeling, you actually feel it yourself.
On top of having the most unique, logical magic power system I've ever seen, the story just completely pulled the rug out from under me.
>!coco tried so hard. She used everything she had, all her clever tricks, and she was still too late to save Custas. Then Tartah used the magic cuffs to get answers, only to force Coco to unintentionally betray Qifrey right in front of a Brimmed Hat. Dagda died for nothing, and now everything is completely falling apart as Tartah is begging that they both follow Lisette, who is taking Custas away!<
I’m not even joking when I say no other manga has ever made my heart race like this. The desperation of this situation is so intense.
I don't even know how to process what comes next. How did you guys survive waiting month to month for this arc LOL? I genuinely might have passed out if I had to wait that long for these chapters to drop.
I don't think enough people talk about how desperate Mitsuki really was when he attacked Boruto.
Mitsuki immediately realized that Kawaki couldn't beat Boruto, neither could he. He knew from the start it was basically a suicide mission.
For the first time, he could unleash Sage Mode at 100% without worrying about protecting Kawaki or following his orders. He was fully prepared to die alone in the woods if it meant removing a threat to his "sun." Omnipotence twisted his loyalty into something genuinely terrifying.
What's even crazier is that Boruto completely breaks Mitsuki's worldview.
Mitsuki thought he was acting with the calm resolve of a martyr (if you don't know what a martyr means it's basically someone who voluntarily suffers or dies for a cause, belief, or principle they hold dear), but Boruto exposes the truth is that he's acting out of desperation. Deep down Omnipotence created a contradiction he can't reconcile. He wants to believe Kawaki is his sun, but Kawaki's cold, unstable behavior doesn't match the warmth Mitsuki instinctively remembers and longs for.
So Mitsuki isn't just fighting to protect Kawaki. He's throwing himself into a hopeless battle because living with those growing doubts is becoming unbearable
Boruto seeing through the facade and recognizing the confused, broken friend underneath is what makes this dynamic so good.
We don't have to wait 50 years for the next season
I GENUINELY HIT THE DIAMOND MINE WHEN I FOUND THIS ANIME IM SO ADDICTED RN😭 😭 I started watching it yesterday and i finished all 10 available episodes today. I'm SOOOOO hooked now
Coco is easily one of my favorite female MCs. Her personality is just curious, reckless in an endearing way, and i genuinely find it fun to watch
The Animation is actually insane, it quite literally is the best animated series I've watched this year alongside JJK and The CSM movie. I'd give it a 9.8/10.
Story wise, a 8.7/10 so far. It's good, but still feels like it's in setup mode
Also plssss no spoilers I found out about this series this year through the anime.
