I’m a dev and after reviewing recent headlines I’ve decided I’m no longer passionate about systems. I've found skills in leveraged finance which could be of more value to the firm.

I want to work somewhere with higher leverage, worse risk controls, and more confusing incident reports, and kinky managers.

Will my current stack help, or do I need to replace LeetCode with Excel modeling and HR compliance training?
