Whose eggs are these?

North Shore, Massachusetts. I found these eggs on a strip of lawn. Not even sure if bird or reptile. Does anyone know what might have laid them, and should I leave them be?

Ummm…

Little help, please. I’m not a plant expert, but I’m trying my best. I was power washing my deck and the spray inadvertently hit my lilies on occasion. When I was done they seemed fine for the most part, but the next day most of the blooms fell off (see second pic). What should be my next step here? Do I leave them, prune, something else? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Plants get full sun and watered daily.

What kind of wasp built this nest?

North Shore, Massachusetts.
I saw the wasp building this, but by the time I got my phone out to get a photo of it, it flew off and I never saw it again. A few days later I came out and the nest was completely destroyed. Sorry about the poor quality second photo. I’m not sure if the larvae destroyed it , or some sort of predator.
The wasp was fairly large (about the size of a bumblebee), but with a slightly extended abdomen. It was black and either white, or very pale yellow.
