What does a co-parenting plan look like if my 3 month old daughter lives 3 hours away from me (her mother and I seperated and she moved back home)?

Is cafcass the only option in the UK or are there other formats that is recommended? Want to cover all my bases and not lose my relationship with my daughter.

[UK] My partner moved to live back home 3 hours away with our 3 month old daughter, should I be the one making all the journeys or should she make 1/3 of the journeys?

Creating my co-parenting plan with my partner, she moved to live with her mother with our 3 month old daughter (both of us on birth certificate, exclusively breastfeeding), I would like to see her at least once a month, for our co-parenting plan, would it be fair for her to make 1/3 of the journeys with our daughter (if theres no overnights) or should I make all of the journeys? Except for cafcass plan is there any other ways of making a co-parenting plan, she does not like the cafcass plan? And is it fair for me to want a say in all major medical and education of our daughter, she's replied this which I'm not super happy with "for her health care, i will manage her day-to-day appointments as i have been as her primary carer. i will keep you in the loop, as i have beenif there is a major health concern, i will consult you but i will also be expected act in her best interest and i will do so."

Bike damaged by van company going to a race, their insurance not covering

My triathlon team used a bike transport van company for a sprint triathlon, my TT Trek Speed Concept was cracked in the process. During the race, majority of the race was hidden beneath a sticker, so the crack wasn't obvious and I was advised to not bring it up. Once home, I took off the sticker and saw the crack. Brought it to the bike shop the next day and they referred me to a carbon shop which quoted me a 2k repair fee (plus disassembly and transport). Going back to transport van company, who denies the damage, and says insurance will not cover it as there is no clear evidence the damage was caused by them. They offered a 25% (500) goodwill out of pocket and they said they can't go any higher than that due to it being a one man crew. What can I do. I have photos of the crack in the morning of the race, and a photo of my bike at April with no signs of damage. No crashes and have only noticed the crack after they transported it, but no proof it was damaged during transported it.

Have a big race season coming up, just found some damage to my tt bike after transporting with a bike van company, will bring it to a mechanic this week, was wondering if it looks like a cosmetic damage or would I potentially have to consider more expensive repair?
