Trying to grow as a man and a father
Well little backstory, 40 years old father of 3, diagnosed with cptsd last year, and trying to grow and find more true strength within myself, been a. Very hard two years and proud of the fact I’m still here and trying to become a much more solid well grounded version of myself for me, and my family.. anybody have any iniste?
