If you think our fanbase is bad...

Team Danganronpa used Junko 53 times in a row and there's an alternate fanbase that still calls the series peak 😭

How meta viable would this be?

Thoughts on Danganronpa 2x2 and the canon

I think it's interesting we're getting something that's a remake but it's not really since it'll be telling a new story. And I'm starting to wonder if it's something more than just an alternate what-if timeline.

I want to bring up my theory that 2x2 might take place in the same universe as v3 and the game might be another meta commentary but now on the nature of how basically every single game is getting a remake nowadays. So in the v3 universe Team Danganronpa is basically milking the fan favorite DR2 cast. And the title being something as ambiguous as 2x2 will follow the same pattern as v3 also being one huge trick too.

Does early Nemo already feel like an outcast or am I reading too much into it?

Intolerant of other religions or just racist?

For starters, my mom is incredibly devout, to the point where her entire life revolves around the church and she spends all her free time listening to christian podcasts, praying, or watching far right wing news outlets.

I remember when James Cameron's Avatar came out, she refused to go and watch it because it depicted another religion (but it's fictional) and it made her uncomfortable. During some vacations when we were at gift shops, she would scoff at stuff like Native American dreamcatchers because they're "voodoo witchcraft" to her. When we were at the Smithsonian, we looked at the Hope Diamond and she started freaking out that it's cursed because she said it came from the Hindus that believed in satanic things. And there was also a sports mentor figure I had growing up and my parents knew him for years, and I vividly remember an awkward conversation between them and she brought up the fact that he's a Jew and prodded him with questions. And she would talk behind his back afterwards and say it's a shame he was one.

So is this just a case of a Catholic being intolerant of other religions or is my mom just plain racist?
