How do you guys keep your Bichons so white. Ours always ends up just looking beige and dirty lol. Even though we bath him regularly and he has regular grooms around every 6 weeks. Any suggestions/help is much appreciated
I’m looking to start running Tesa alongside Reta which I currently have been on for 10 weeks. My current dosing is 3mg every 5 days. Looking to run Tesa at 1mg daily, 5 days on 2 days off. I’ve seen a lot of research reports, etc., saying once reconstituted to use within 7 days. Well I’m looking at buying 20 or 30mg vile which of course would last either 4 or 6 weeks. Is this okay??

Still a long way from where I want to be but have seen more than I could have wished for progress wise so far. First pictures are from 06.06.26 afters are 18.07.26 so upto today it’s been 6 weeks and 2 days. My first week was with no Reta so In total 5 weeks 2 days using Reta. My start weight was 111.60kg (17st 8lbs) my weight today is 97.40kg (15st 4.73lbs). Total loss so far is 14.kg20 (31.31lbs). I can genuinely say I’ve not dropped the ball once, I’ve not ate a single cheat meal, i try to hit my protein goals daily, I drink around 3-4 litres of water a day, one electrolyte with water and one can of monster white(can go without) that’s all I drink no coffee, tea, juice squash etc. I eat pretty much whole foods now. I strength train 5x a week with 20 min 3 mph walk at end of each session, fast 3k treadmill run on Saturday followed by 20 min on spin bike and then slower 5k outdoor run on Sundays. My lifts in the gym have been going up almost weekly, I tack everything and my average km is dropping rapidly. Reta is actually amazing, really feeling the full benefits from it by using it as a crutch to work with not just let it do all the work. I’m currently dosing at 2.5mg every 6 days. Started on 1 mg, had one dose at that, then 2 doses at 1.5mg, 3 doses at 2mg and now first doses at 2.5mg.
Has anyone brought this bacwater in the UK before? It’s sold on Amazon
Should have probably asked this in my previous questions but looking to start Reta next week. Im in the UK and have a pretty good source for it in way of vile. It’s a good friend of mine sorting it. He said in the price is vile, Bac water, wipes and one pin. Am I right in saying though shouldn’t use the same pin more than once???
