Considering to moving from Mint to Arch

I've been using Linux Mint since October of 2024, and about 2 weeks or so, I got a new laptop and I've been thinking to switching to arch (mostly because I want to customize my setup much more) but I don't know that much about Linux (generally speaking) and I've tried to watch a couple of videos about arch but I don't fully understand what exactly am I supposed to install to set up Arch the way I want. Any advice?

Anxiety Management books

I have a friend who has anxiety and I’m worried for her, I’m currently looking for books on anxiety so I could help her, what books should I get? I prefer shorter books and that are not expensive and paperback

Overthinking can help?

I’m not sure what flair or subreddit to post this to, so sorry if this post isn’t met to be here

For about a year or 2 I’ve been an over thinker and well usually I overthink something it’s usually because I’m worried and I want to do the right decision.

Here’s an example:

A few days ago I saw a post on a subreddit where this girl who’s 2 years older than me saying she wants to khl and I wanted to send a message to her to try and help out as I’ve had suicidal thoughts before

And I was overthinking on what should I say? how should I say it? should I say this or that?

And it kind of helps something I didn’t say as it would not be helpful, while other things i said is helping

And after I sent her the message I one of my friends responded and I told him about that situation and he mentioned that I’m overthinking

Another friend of mine who’s long gone (inactive for a long time) told me before in the past that I’m overthinking things

I’m not really sure what to say but I’ll say it again

I think my overthinking is helping me do a decision when I need to make a big one.

Any thoughts?

Retro Videogames

I’m currently looking to buy a Gameboy here and I’m in Giza, is there anywhere where I can buy a Gameboy?

Thanks
