Low Gpu Utilization In Wilds

Is this normal? Gpu Utilization is around 80% and cpu usage isn't that high. If i disable upscaling i get the same fps but gpu utilization is 99%. I played for a few minutes and the highest fps i could get is 50fps and it stays around that. Is framegen really required for this game ?

Playing on 1440p

Laptop Specs:

Ryzen 9 5980hx

RX 6800M

16gb ram

Os: CachyOs

Japanese text warning

Hey everyone so i have downloaded an english patch for a specific game (god eater2) i had to move the dlc folder and ig the patch inside it to psp/game but im getting these warning on top. The game runs good and the patch is working it's just that it's sitting on the top right corner. I also did this on ppsspp and im not getting that. So if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

I am using ark 4 with 6.61 firmware

60 fps doesnt feel smooth on 165hz monitor

Hey everyone, not sure what to do with this, I have a 165hz gaming laptop and from what I can tell 60fps doesn't feel that smooth at all. I have vrr on in settings and i can tell it works because i tried vrr on and off and i can tell the difference.

Problem is, 60 fps on my phone feels A LOT smoother than 60fps on my laptop, like in my laptop it feels like 40-45 fps. Is this like a difference in the screen for example my phone is oled and 60hz only that's why it looks smoother?

Btw I tested this on a gameplay recording at 60fps both phone and my laptop side by side so I'm not hallucinating or anything.

I would appreciate if anyone can help thanks a lot.

Just finished the game and it hit me like a truck, twice

I finished the game the other day and I cried hard, then i loaded my save before the final fight, finished it again today and cried again like a baby. Love this game and the characters. Now i don't know what to do tbh, i just feel like staring at the menu

Can't wait for persona 4 revival.
