Got my Heroes of Olympus set yesterday. It's just so pretty! 😍

I made a post a few days ago, trying to find out how the point system works in the case of the vouchers. I finally got a response back from Illumicrate. This is the email I got, obviously without my personal name. But it looks like you're perfectly alright to use more than 1 code at a time. Which is fantastic for me. I hope this news is useful for everyone else.

Apparently preorders are happening on the 18th July from 2pm ET/7pm BST

My question, has anyone ordered from AcryliPic? Are they legit? Is delivery to the UK okay? Because I 100% want this book. But I also don't want to get conned. So does anyone have good things to say about them? 😊

I don't know if it's just me, but it's really irritating me that at least 5 different series' that Waterstones either released the first book, or previous books, up to the point, in special editions, and then just seem to be stopping.

So far this has happened with

Rachel Greenlaw's Compass And Blade Series (Both Compass And Blade, and Shadow And Tide, were released as special editions. Starlight And Storm isn't getting a special edition)

Jen Williams The Sleepless Series (The Sleepless got a special edition, The Dreamless didn't)

Maithree Wijesekara's Obsidian Throne Series (The Prince Without Sorrow was a special edition, The Witch Without Memory wasn't)

Ryan Rose's What We Eat Series (Seven Recipes Of Revolution got a special edition. Ryan Rose has said Eight Tastes Of Treachery will not be getting a Waterstones Exclusive)

Holly Race's Queens Of Elben Series (Six Wild Crowns got a special edition. Six Savage Thrones didn't)

Brigid Kemmerer's Braided Fate (Warrior Princess Assassin got a special edition, while Captive Traitor King isn't getting one)

Chloe Gong's Flesh And False Gods (Immortal Longings and Vilest Things got a Waterstones Exclusive. Just found out today that Eyes Of Kings apparently won't be)

This really irritating me. I hate to have random editions, without the whole set. It gets right on my last nerve. I kniw it's not always a Waterstones thing. Sometimes it's the Publishers too. But it's annoying me.

I'm now really hoping that Juliette Cross' Deathrider, Shannon Mayar's Heathermoor, Sue Lynn Tan's For Ever More, Kiera Azar's Sharpest Court, Clare Sager's Queen Of Thorns, Petra Lord's King Of Masks and Antonia Hodgson's The Fox In Winter actually get special editions. 😭

So yes, this is a Tescos Exclusive Edition. I posted, but the front cover didn't add to the post. Which confused people. So this is hopefully better. 🤣🤣🤣

I got these on Monday. Same day, pretty much same time. I did mean to post on Monday, but life got busy. I'm just shocked I got them both on the same day, AND that the Locked Library one arrived BEFORE the publication date! That has NEVER happened with a preorder before. Not for me at any rate. 😍

Now I just need to hunt down Gsiryloot and Waterstones When The Moon Hatched, and I'll be really happy. 👀

I have suggested that the latest 2 (Book 6: The Chalice Of The Gods and Book 7: Wrath Of The Triple Goddess) be done too, as the Percy Jackson Heroes Of Olympus series has already been given Illumicrate Editions (preordered mine 😍). Suggested it on their Illumicrate Suggestion Form

Sp if anyone else wants to suggest the latest 2 Percy Jackson and The Olympians books also get added to the illumicrate collection, please suggest it. 😊

But yeah, I'm still happy to get my set. Happy it got to me without damage. Hopefully anyone else who's waiting for their's, won't be waiting long.
