Id worked hard to lose 70lbs in about 10mos, so I was understandably nervous about living on a floating buffet for 3 weeks lol. But I DID IT 🎉

Between mindful eating and using my tracking app (I like "Lose It"), I totally maintained!

I also...

  • -Got my daily water in
  • -Rarely took the elevator (there were 17 floors 😅)
  • -Did a lot of walking
  • -And totally had dessert every day. Thats a given lol

To save my DMs later on my initial weight loss... lol

• I ate in a calorie deficit

• prioritized protein & fiber

• got my daily water in

• typically followed IF intervals of 18:6 on weekdays - then 16:8 on weekends

• ate less gluten & inflammatory foods (which was helpful for me specifically cuz I have hypothyroidism & /hashimotos)

Emphasis on the "less" part. I didnt cut anything out completely cuz I love taco bell too much
