Does anyone in 10b grow cherimoya?
I saw one at the local nursery and was tempted.

I have a new to me 1020. I bought the "know your Bernina" book published in 1987. I am excited to start the series of lessons. The book refers to an "Advanced Bernina Book" by Diana Schlumpf. I can't find one in any of the usual places. Does anyone have it? Is it worth tracking down?
Thanks in advance
I'm consolidating two small collections of sewing machines. Between the two are 5 straight stitch machines. I can only keep 1.
1957 Singer 221 - bought at a garage sale. Looks nearly new. Haven't sewn with it.
1948 Singer 221 - bought at a garage sale. Looks rough. Haven't sewn with it.
1950 Singer 221 - belonged to my grandmother. She didn't sew much. Good used condition. Hasn't been sewn with since last serviced 15 years ago.
? Stradivaro - belonged to my great grandmother. She was an ace seamstress. Haven't sewn with it.
1960s white Singer 221 - belonged to my mom and was my first machine. Haven't sewn with it in years. Good used condition.
Between the 4 221s, I have a wide variety of accessories/buttonholers/etc, so that isn't an issue.
So, which one would you keep?
Whichever one I keep, it will be my backup machine.
These are selected images from the pamphlet "Short Cuts to Home Sewing: The Modern Singer Way" from the 1930 edition. The excerpts show the parts of the machine, how to oil it, and how to troubleshoot specific issues.
That's it. Just wanted to gripe.
A family member gave my mom something that didn't agree with them. The food wasn't spoiled. Now mom has diarrhea. It isn't super fun, but I am mostly concerned about her getting dehydrated (she has kidney disease). What should I feed her to get through this bout with a minimum of suffering?
Edit: spoke to her doc. BRAT + liquids. If it gets worse or she shows signs of dehydration they want to see her.
