Lisa Eldridge foundation woes

I've been really looking forward to checking out the Lisa Eldridge foundation because I'd heard such good reviews for matches with olive skin. Finally got a Space NK open near me so I popped in to get samples, asked for either a 5 or a 9 in the foundation but was matched with the 10. Well, it goes on lovely and looks like a great match on first application but it oxidises too orange and settles on my skin really patchy despite applying good skin prep and setting spray. I've worn the sample today and after three hours it's so patchy I just want to take it all off.

I'm so disappointed, I really wanted this foundation to work and I don't know what to try next. I've been using Estee Lauder 2N1 for 10 years now but it's slightly too pale in the summer and I have to add blue mixer to it anyway. 2N2 is too orange. I just can't seem to find a decent alternative! I've tried Armani 4, 5 and 5.15 and Charlotte Tilbury in 3 Cool - loved the formula but not the colours for Armani silk, and the Charlotte Tilbury is horribly thick. I'm also struggling getting matched in store - every foundation I try is either too peachy or too orange, and in store staff don't seem to believe I'm olive because I'm light skinned and look quite neutral. I can't really afford to buy blind either, tried that a few times and ended up having to sell my failures on Ebay.

Anyone got any other recommendations?

Let's talk teeth

I don't know if this is perimenopause related or what, but I've got to the point now where all my random symptoms seem to be connected to hormone changes. So my teeth are really agitating me recently. All my front teeth are suddenly really itchy/achy at the root, not a sharp pain like I need a filling or I have sensitive gums but more like they need to move, or they're hurting from moving. Does anyone else have this, it's driving me insane and I need to know what to do to stop it!

Should I move my 14 year old's JISA provider?

I was a bit late to the personal finance party and only set up my kids' S&S JISAs in 2023 with Nutmeg / (now JP Morgan). The return on funds is around 45%, but my Vanguard ISA is on around 85% over the same timeframe with the FTSE Global All Cap. Plus Vanguard have lower fees.

My eldest is nearly 15, is it better to leave their JISA where it is, or try to move it to maximise gains for the next three years? I'd have to sell the funds and buy new ones as can't do an in specie transfer. The All Cap seems a better performing fund but I can't get my head around potential gains in three years compared to leaving it where it is. Sorry if it's obvious!

Bleeding for 16 days on the pill

Hi. I've believed I'm in perimenopause for a couple of years now (I'm 39). My latest symptom is non stop spotting/bleeding for over two weeks. I'm on the progesterone only pill and hadn't had a proper period for about 8 years prior to this. Is this something I should get medically checked out, or pretty standard for peri? Obviously I know erratic periods are a sign, but is that still true if you're on the pill?

Thanks!

Thinking of my first Thailand trip in 2027, in either February or November. I'd love to combine it with seeing Angkor Wat as it looks amazing. Would it make sense to do the following for a two week break? Just not sure where to put the 2 nights in Bangkok, I'd like to explore it a bit but does it make sense to do it at the beginning or end of the trip?

Travel from UK - 1 night

Bangkok - 2 nights

Siem Reap - 4 nights

Krabi - 5 nights

Travel back to UK - 1 night

Thanks
