Looking at a 2017 Clubman all4 with the 1.5l and manual transmission. It has 137k miles. Says she just replaced the oil filter housing and it's had regular oil changes with receipts. Wants 7.9k for it and is a good deal for my area.

I would want to own it for the next 5-7 years and take it on road trips. I've seen to look out for motor mounts, Diff service, and what else should I look for?

Would you say you have a good work/life balance in this field? I know you accrue time off by working but how much PTO do you get per year? Can you take unpaid PTO?

I've searched the subreddit and didn't see these questions answered so that's why I am asking!

I've inquired to some schools near me and also watched some Youtube videos on what to expect, physics wise. (for starters anyways)

I also understand that my questions vary wildly from different workplaces.

Hello, my friend has this disease and receives disability for it. I'm trying to understand it more as I know everything can be a spectrum.

I'm concerned because he stopped taking his meds for it and appears to have no symptoms. He moved back in with his parents who provide all care for him. Currently hes building a house on their property alone. Sawing, lifting, hammering etc. He claims he "powers through the pain" and is out in freezing temps, wind rain etc.

I was wondering if people with this disease can do these things? I'm worried he's cheating the disability system. I don't have a vendetta, just get concerned because I know thousands are denied for disability who really need it.

Good lord, I got tempted by the free grows but it's like social hour club and you're not cool enough. You can't be anything other than a rex. They have a hierarchy and popularity roster. It's not even PVP it's , you get to live if the server let's you.

I was a trike and killed a raptor who kept attacking me. This person came back as a prime rex in 2 seconds with a hot pink skin to murder me. Brought another rex as well.

They have a heal function, and a teleport function. Sorry for the rant but it's such a different world from the rest of the game I couldn't believe it.

I have WP Mail SMTP installed. My inquires from my website are still going to spam. I use outlook and I'm not sure what to do. Every forum and guide just says to install a SMTP service and that will fix it but it made no difference.
