Hi. I am working on a novel (read my previous posts if you're curious), and I want to make a "teacher" character. But I wanna use an actual character from the myths, similar to that of Chiron from Percy Jackson. Any suggestions?
Hey, so I was looking at the members (partially because I was trying to see what happened to Da Kurlzz after he left), and I saw it say "Danny Rose Murillo". I've never seen a man with a female middle name, so I was curious if thats just a stage name or not. I find it kinda cool if it is his real name, since its unique. But I can't find any source on whether its his real name or a stage name.
Hi, so I'm kinda "new" to the Titan things. I always preferred studying the Olympians, not really the Titans. So heres my question. Why was Atlas not thrown into Tartarus with his fellow siblings? He fought the gods too. They were thrown into Tartarus, but he was punished by going to the Hesperides Gardens and forced to hold up the sky for all eternity, where there are golden apples? Why is his punishment 'less severe' compared to all of his other titans being forced into Tartarus for eternity?
Hi, my name is Landon (or Izaya), and I'm working on a novel called "Mark of a Hollow Queen" (title is still being work-shopped), and its like Percy Jackson, but more...violent. Bloody. It follows a girl named Akasha Allen, a young adult (22), her little brother Aden Allen (18), and their friends, who are being hunted by a government agency known as "A.R.T.E.M.I.S." but I can't figure out a place to set it in. My idea is to have a "safe house" similar to Camp Half Blood or Camp Jupiter. But I don't want it to be a camp. I can't think of any fun ideas for places. A hotel? A magical beach house or bar thats bigger on the inside that only demi-gods can access? Thoughts and ideas?
Pretty simple question. There is a big difference between a war scythe and a reaping scythe. A REAPING scythe is a long snared blade (roughly 90° to one side, like a sickle with a long handle and snare), almost like that of a gardening hoe. But a WAR scythe is a long pole-arm with a straight blade. Almost like that of a long curved edged blade, pointing directly FORWARD. Not to an edge, like a reaping scythe. I ask this question because it does not specify. I like the idea that he is "reaping" or "harvesting" souls. And I can't find a verse where it specifies the blade. It just says "scythe" on the sources I am finding. (We just moved and I can't find the Bible). Possible thoughts and answers?
Hi. So I'm working on a novel called "Crown of Ashes", that follows Akasha Allen, the daughter of Hades, and her friends who are being hunted down by an agency called "A.R.T.E.M.I.S." or the "Agency For Reconnaissance And Tracking of Ethereal & Mythological Individuals Syndicate". But I'm struggling to find a good weapon to give her brother, Adrian. There is a character named Jaakzyn Walker, son of Athena, who uses a Claymore sword. A girl named Summer Mitchell, who uses a spear. And finally Oliver and Taylor Regan. Children of Apollo. Oliver uses a crossbow, and Taylor uses a sling. And finally, Akasha herself uses a glaive polearm, and a tomahawk. I can't figure out a fun weapon to give her brother. Any ideas?
Hi. So I was listening to some Linkin Park for the first time in a long time recenetly, and I notice that "Guilty All The Same" from "The Hunting Party" sounds strikingly similar to "The Emptiness Machine" from "From Zero". I couldn't find anyone mentioning this when I looked it up (maybe I typed it weirdly), but has anyone else noticed this, or am I crazy?
