Just finished episode 5

This feels like watching Fire Walk With Me for the first time. Good god this was so, so sad; first time I've cried at any piece of media in a good couple of years. Most definitely in my top 10 TV episodes of all time, maybe top 5. The tone shift from horror to tragedy/thriller was done so well, and all of the themes of family/intergenerational trauma are at their most effective here.

Bravo, flanagan.

First body is in shape! American walnut

Got the shape for my first build done and dusted today! The pockets for the neck & pickups were done on a CNC machine, but the rest is all me! I'll be refining the shape as I make more, but for now I'm very proud!

Sorry for the poor image quality, recently switched to a flip phone.

Zaeth is the Funniest D20 Character of All Time.

The "comedy sniper" is in full swing, and it's a semi-automatic rifle. Zac just keeps finding the perfect thing to say at the exact right moment, and this character having so little to him in terms of known backstory or character motivations just lets Zac go so much harder with the jokes. Pappy? Wack. Gorgug? Gone. Connor Kawasaki? More like Connor P-U, on blast!

I find myself entirely engrossed in this season, all these characters have instantly endeared themselves to me, and Zaeth, as I've made abundantly clear, is an instant favourite.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: All the other characters are also amazing and funny but Zaeth just struck me. Love Gorgug, love Pappy, love Connor Kawasaki.

Can walnut be given a vibrant dye?

Hi, all! I've been working on an electric guitar for the past few weeks, really don't want to mess it up with a poor dye job. It's a piece of walnut with a very even grain, and it's quite dark. I unfortunately don't have a photo of what I've got, and can't attach a reference. My question is, would it be possible to do a vibrant burst dye on this type of piece? My other idea is a near-black stain, but I still want the grain to show through.

any advice is very much appreciated

How much is too much?

Hello, all! Long time dungeon master here; I'm planning my first chronicle, and I don't want to bite off more than I can chew. I get the feeling that this system lends itself to games that are a bit more open-world, and so I'm using my home city as the setting. It's a pretty big city (Hamilton, ON if you want to look it up), and I want to make sure I have enough to keep the players engaged, with places to go and things to do, but not plan so much that it overwhelms me. I would love to give more details if anyone's open to hearing!

Edit: Thank you everyone for your help! I'm super excited to enter the WoD, can't wait to tell you all about it!
