I’m scared of there being covid or hantavirus outbreak due to 1,500 people coming and a lot coming from international countries.

Lmk would they still let me in the event? Or if my experience ruined or won’t be fulfilled since I didn’t do it?

I (F, mid 20s) have been seeing a guy for about 2 weeks now. We’ve gone on 4 dates — a mix of planned dates and more spontaneous hangouts. In the beginning, he was putting in a lot of effort: planning things, asking to see me, and texting daily consistently and good mornings and through out the day .

We’ve kissed and there’s definitely chemistry, his actions showed clear interest early on.

The last time we talked was Sunday. He said something like “let’s go here this week,” and I said I was down and he never answered again . I responded normally and was positive, and since then I haven’t heard from him at all. It’s now mid-week. We had also a date for Saturday planned and he canceled it bc his family was flying in that night understandable but then ghosted me the next day with last messages being to see me which is odd.

What’s confusing is the shift he went from consistent effort to no follow-up.

Something else that might be relevant: his brother just moved back into town and same home last week, and from what I’ve heard he’s been spending a lot of time with family, on top of his usual schedule of working early mornings (5am–4pm) and then doing things like sports and gym after then sleeps early.

So part of me is wondering if this is just a busy phase or timing issue. But at the same time, I feel like if someone is interested, they don’t just go completely silent after saying “let’s hang this week.”

I haven’t double texted because I don’t want to come off like I’m chasing, but I also don’t love just sitting here waiting.

Am I overthinking this and should just reach out? Or is this basically what getting ghosted looks like in the early stages?

Multiple dates, talked everyday, kissed on all dates except first one. Always made future plans. He is a very busy person but still has time.

Ghosted me out of no where. And we have so many mutuals it’s odd. He’s a good guy and never was someone who ghosted I think??
