If I have internet, basic necessities, AC, and a room to myself, I’m satisfied. What’s the cheapest way to live like this without spending so much money on rent or ideally, spending nothing at all?

Listen, I’m extremely lazy and unmotivated by money. But I genuinely love the lifestyle of basically just living inside a room alone with access to the internet and basic necessities.
How do I achieve this lifestyle without spending an arm and a leg on rent and other expenses?
I work full time and make $670-770 a week after tax here in central Oklahoma.
Im a hermit and minimalist. I love being alone and want an extremely simple and easy lifestyle.
I have no debt, I own my car, and right now im living with my family.
I want to basically have no monthly bills so that I can invest it all into Roth ira and retire early and live the rest of my 50-60s watching tv and playing video games.
Any advice or ideas so I can make this a reality would be greatly appreciated.

How do I build the absolutely cheapest fake wall for insulation

Let’s just say I live in a very long room. The wall is 6 feet tall and 8 feet wide.
I’m looking for the cheapest way to block off the room and essentially cut it in half so I can use half of the room with my AC unit and help it cool more efficiently.
I’m only looking to spend $20–$50.
I read that plastic drop cloths don’t offer insulation, so what would be the cheapest way to block it off?
I can’t use nails, screws, or anything that requires drilling into the wall. I can only use tape or similar methods because the walls are metal. It’s a long story about my living situation, but yeah.
Any advice from people with construction experience would be greatly appreciated. I know basically nothing about construction.

Can I use the CDL Prep (app) to get my CLP?

I live in Tulsa.
I’m trying to skip the 4-week class and the price tag that comes with it. I want to study on my own, take my CLP test, and then attend a school for about half the price.
I’m just wondering if the CDL Prep app is sufficient to prepare me for the CLP test.

Would I qualify for disability? What would my life look like?

I am in my mid twenties and have been struggling with passive fecal incontinence. I work a full time job and continue to show up every day despite the severe shame and trauma associated with my condition.
I currently live with my family, but they are strongly encouraging me to move out on my own. If I were to qualify for disability benefits, I would have nowhere to stay, and finding housing would be more difficult due to my condition.
At work, I very often offend coworkers and customers, but I always apologize and explain that it is a medical condition. The trauma is so intense at times that I experience nightmares daily.
I would like to know what options are available to me. Is this something I will simply have to live with while continuing to work full time in a state of constant shame and embarrassment, or is there something to improve my situation?

I feel like there’s really no support for something like this.

I got my first job as a delivery driver after 3 years of isolation (not sure if it’s the best job for me lol) fecal incontinence

I was unemployed for three years due to the shame of having bowel incontinence.
I have chronic mucus leakage and passive mucus/gas incontinence, and I finally got a job because I was facing homelessness.
I feel like the only types of jobs I can hold are driving jobs because I'm isolated from people, and I can mostly hide from the shame and guilt of smelling so bad.
It has been so embarrassing, but I'm really just trying to accept it because I'd rather offend people than become homeless again.
I wear panty liners to stop the leakage.

Reasons I find it embarrassing:
My training partners probably all think I stink or am indifferent.

I have to deliver to multiple businesses every day, and it's very embarrassing having to use most of their bathrooms to change my liners.

I'm sweating all day, and mixed with the mucus, it's not a good look.

I don't really have any other options in life.
My leakage also gets worse around people, so if I have to talk to people, it's even worse. That's how I got stuck in my first cycle of isolation.
Anyways, I'm going to CDL school here soon, and that's a new challenge I have to face: sitting inside a classroom and truck for four weeks while everyone is probably going to be offended. But I don't have a choice, lol.
I can't get approved for disability, so everyone else will have to suffer with me because I shouldn't just give up because I have a medical condition.
It's chronic too. It's not like I just lose control. It's passive fecal incontinence. It's really sad that there aren't more options in life for someone like me, and I'm forced to work while being traumatized and embarrassed.
It's not my fault, though, and that makes me feel a little bit better.
