Wellcare Part D: How does a Quantity Limit of 15 day supply every 90 days make any sense

My wife recently had surgery and the surgeon prescribed Journavx for the pain. The initial prescription was for 29 tablets, a double dose loading followed by a single dose every 12 hours.

Towards the end of the 2 weeks, she asked for a refill for another 2 weeks as she still has some pain. This was turned down based on the quantity limits that Wellcare has.

Looking this up on their formulary, it appears that this drug has a 30 pill limit per 90 days. How does this even make sense. We tried appealing for an exception but that was turned down.

So, instead of a non opioid pain killer, she now has to rely on a narcotic, which she was hoping to avoid totally.

How much a year does UPS make on this skim

Shipped this box a few days ago. Today I received the Billing Adjustment.

I know it's not a huge amount, but come on, do that a few million times.

**EDIT** To clarify, I DID validate the box size as printed. So all my measurements were rounded up to the next inch.

Do I have any recourse here, or am I just plain screwed

Not sure if this is the right place to vent, but it is a mail deliverability issue.

I (and my wife) have had the same email addresses for over 20 years now. The domain started as an ISP run by one of the major US telecom giants at the time.

Once they pulled out of the ISP side of things, initially they continued to maintain the mail server. At some point they then "sold/moved" the mail server on to another provider. I'd have to go back though way too many mails, but I think this "server" has been sold on at least one more time since.

But to my current issue. For the second time, the current custodian of this mail domain is having issues where I am unable to send or receive mail. The current outage started Friday evening and I don't expect it to be resolved until some time during the coming week. The ability to send mail is more of an inconvenience, as it reports the failure and I have another mail address I can use to send mails.

My main concern is that anyone sending mails to me (or my wife) are getting bounce messages for at least 3 days now, and I know from the first time this happened, some folks sending us mails treat these bounces as a "dead" mail address and no longer attempt to send anything, which means we miss anything going forward, unless we happen to realise who they are to "restart" the mails.

Do I have any recourse with the mail server, other than sending an "angry letter", which I know they will just ignore.

Dream Air. SteamVR Tutorial: Trackpad click not detected

New to VR, so going through the Steam VR tutorial. Except I can only get as far as clicking a controller trackpad. Neither controller seems to work for this.

I did find a GitHub report for this, but it's almost 10 years old, so I'm guessing it should be resolved by now.

Any other thoughts on why this isn't working. Do the DA ringed controllers need mapping into a Steam version somehow, as I couldn't find anything like this.

Dream Air. Which driver versions for AM4/X470/Nvidia GPU

Hi,

After reporting my woes to Pimax support, their answer is for me to update/roll back my motherboard chipset/USB, GPU and network adapter (Realtek) drivers.

So, for those folks running a Dream Air on an AM4 motherboard, with a Nvidia GPU, which version of the various drivers are you running.
