2008 Toyota Corolla LE diagnostic

Whats up guys, the other day i was driving my corolla and i felt a loss of power for a second then the maintenance required light went on and off and i kept driving normally for like 5 minutes and then suddently the car start overheating. i stop the car immediately for 30 minutes i start checking under the car and hood looking for coolant leaks. no leaks at all, coolant level was good after that i turn on the car and drove it for like 20 miles that same day and it didnt overheat. i drove it to work from tuesday to thursday and it was normal. today friday it did the same thing and it came back to normal again. what it could be ?
