Has anyone noticed that the further south of the river in Perth you go the more fun and nicer people are ?

I am getting severe pain in hips all down sides all around sometimes in groin during a flat very top front of thigh as well
After going for a walk of say thirty minutes.
I have had extremely long periods of being bedridden for the last four years or so and I am frustrated that every time I try to exercise I get a flare of some kind from overload and have to stop for a few days.
I really want to become fit again but I can't even do basic walks without causing a flare so bad that I can't walk from the pain..
Literally what is the solution to this it's driving me mad.
Edit I have had bone scan all normal except some osteoarthritis in knees and spine mild
So I normally put my patches on my bum and my thighs.
I have tried arm and stomach and those don't work
However I have to put a lot of heat packs on my lower back bum and thighs at the moment
So where to put my patches I have put some on my middle back and wasn't really anticipating the amount of movement there
I cover my patches with fixomul so they are definitely going to stay in place
Any suggestions?
