Something was trying to form and I don’t know what I saw

This happened 30 years ago. I never told anyone because I didn’t know how they would react. I worked at a restaurant (very old building) where later I learned had paranormal activity.

It was setting up for the day, the only one present in the room at the time. Something made me stop what I was doing to look up. I saw a black formation, oval in shape, and approx 6ft in height. There was purple and yellow hues outlining it. It was as though it was trying to form into a person? I was frozen and just stared. It lasted approx 10-15 seconds.

I walked away and all of a sudden I felt static electricity on both of my hands? Couldn’t get rid of it… even tried washing my hands. Finally went away. Never knew what to make of that.

Weird dream

I know this sounds crazy but I had a dream years ago that still sticks with me and there’s a twofold so bear with me. I dreamt of my grandfather who passed a couple years before I had this dream. . He was in a room with my grandmother, looking down on her as she cried. My grandmother kept mentioning her daughter’s name (my aunt).

What was weird was my grandfather was not scaled to proportion. He was larger in height, maybe 8ft? The dream was so vivid and it sticks with me to this day

Fifteen years later, my aunt died (the one who my grandmother was crying about) my grandmother was alive when her daughter passed. I remembered the dream and connected the dots and was freaked out.

My mom recently shared that she had dreamt of her father (my grandfather). She said “it was so weird, he appeared larger” in her dream. I asked her questions and she described him as I had dreamt of him years ago

What’s your thoughts? Coincidence? Anyone experience something similar?

Whats the purpose of awarding a post?

What’s the purpose of rewarding a post? I’ve noticed different icons with varying points. Is that right?
If you award a post, is it through points or karma?

I’m confused because many users do it, but I don’t understand how it benefits me or the original poster. Can someone explain? Thanks in advance.
