Where can I find HD versions of villager portaits on the internet?

I did find them on nookiepedia, though their renders are low quality, only 256x256, I did try to upscale them, but they always come out pretty blurry.

So i've been trying to find a android version for this phone above nougat, the only versions above that i found for this phone were 10, but they're not for the Spreadtrum model, only Exynos. Does anybody know any versions above 7 that work with the spreadtrum model (J320M)?
