Gear: Rucking 14.5kg which eventually became 13 as I drank 1.5L of water. Pair of Haix shoes I got of vinted for 1/3 of the price in a store.
Food: 3 dates and around 500ml of water every 1 hour as I made 3 significant stops.
I climbed two hills, the first one has a section of 300 meters of elevation in just 1.3km, had to stop a couple of times as my heart was pumping HARD (85% max HR) and I ain't playing with this heat 😆
The second was pretty uneventful as you can't even see what you're climbing for the most part until you're at the top and get a sick view but it's pretty good for rucking as the elevation is consistent throughout the journey.

90kg, 14kg ruck until my dumbass decided to drink 2/3 of my water, threw away the rest as it was resembling tea as it was hot as a mother fucker outside (34°C, 93 Fahrenheit) and I was coming up on a coffee shop which sells water bottles. But they had ran out of big ones and I wasn't going to hoard their whole fridge of 33cl water bottles, only took two which is practically nothing 😆
For the first time rucking I also felt joggers nipple which isn't usual when I wear a proper sports shirt but it wasn't bad enough to get past just irritation

This is annoying because whenever you Google a Reddit thread the open in app doesn't work and after a couple seconds some annoying ass popup appears to install the app from the play store and doesn't let you keep browsing
