$SPX possibilities 🤔

$SPX BROADENING WEDGE could be playing out.

Look at the structure from the start:

Points 1, 2, 3, 4 - every touch of this wedge played out textbook

Then came point 5 - the fake breakout above the upper trendline that looked like a new bull run

It wasn't

Every broadening wedge ends the same way:

  1. The final breakout sucks in the last buyers
  2. Gives smart money the liquidity it needs to exit
  3. Then collapses back inside the structure

That rejection at point 5 could have been the signal.

Now we're heading to point 6 - the lower boundary of the wedge sitting around $6,000

Every bounce from here is just part of the same topping structure it seems.

The best pureplay for AI-Connectivity. $CRDO

The best pureplay for AI-Connectivity.

$CRDO

Lets break it down:

Credo has a near monopoly on Copper-AEC's, which are extremely important for data transfer across AI-Clusters.

- Highest connection speed
- Lowest energy cost
- No errors (ZeroFlap)

Every single Data-center needs Credos AEC's.

Optics cannot replace these Interrack, and especially Intrarack connectors.
- AEC's are cheaper and more reliable, + have lower latency.

$SPY

$SPY The plan played out exactly what I hoped for

Re-test 740 quickly and reverse there. Friday we saw a strong reversal at close back to 5 points off it

The market has a massive opportunity right now to soak in any bull catalyst to send the market much higher next week

Iran deal close to completing or any major catalyst from the AI theme that can send AI stocks higher

If this ends up being the bottom here at 740 we can rip 20+ points this month

This can send the entire Data Center / AI Infrastructure / Semiconductors theme 15%+ higher this month
