Whenever I turn on my pc, it turns on like normal, but it then the monitor goes black for 2 seconds and when it goes back on its turned off nightlight. I really need night light on all the time because i cant handle the brightness and usual blinding blue of monitors, how can i fix this? I want to keep night light on all the time. It is not on a schedule
More things to note:
Im on windows 11 on a nvidia card. I’ve updated my drivers already.
This has only started right after i got a gpu instead of using integrated graphics, and using a hdmi to display port cable and i already checked if it could work at 1080p at 100hz.
There was a hdmi port on an item that wasn’t working 100% so i told the seller. They told me they’d refund the cost of the replacement cable, since i’d need to use display port instead which would fix the issue.
My question is, How is a partial refund supposed to look like? they told me they sent me the amount for the cable, but i thought i would need to approve something on the mobile app for it to work?

I have a ryzen 5 5500gt with a bronze 350w psu so id need a gpu that doesnt draw a lot of power. is it safe to get a rtx 3050 6gb? I cant upgrade the psu, unless if theres better options where the gpu and psu costs me the same as a 3050.
I need a little input from people who knows more about this stuff.
Im based in the uk and cant spend more than £130~
Its alright if there isnt a better upgrade and i can keep playing with integrated graphics, although i would rather just buy a 3050, plug it in and play. Thanks guys
