Last winter, while on a biking and photography tour, I found these abandoned tracks.

Ehemaliges Stahlwerk, welches ich mir im Februar dieses Jahres angeschaut habe. Es wurde 2010 Stillgelegt, und wird aktuell zurückgebaut. Im Grunde gibt es dort nicht mehr viel zu sehen, abgesehen von der großen Halle und einem unterirdischen System, welches ich mir demnächst noch einmal anschauen möchte. Der Ort bietet einige ansprechende Fotomotive.

The place invites you to linger. I plan to sit there one summer evening, with a cold beer in my hand, and enjoy the sunset.

Unfortunately, there was a severe fire on the lower floor, for this reason, the building is at risk of collapse. Fortunately, however, I was still able to take a look at everything.

Verlassenes Zementwerk mit großer Halle und einigen alten Autos.

Der Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord ist ein wirklich schöner Ort und definitiv einen Besuch wert. An sich ist es kein Lost Place, sondern eine Art Museum. Vor der Umwandlung (1990) handelte es sich um ein Stillgelegtes Eisenhüttenwerk (Meidericher Hütte) welches von 1901 bis 1985 in Betrieb war.
