iPad wants permission for my child to communicate with his/her own number in a group

My wife and I have restricted a lot of what our child can do on the iPad. We have allowed messaging with a small group of friends. A group was created by one of the friends, but it wants permission to communicate with my child’s own number.

What’s the fix? I don’t think I should have to allow this specifically/explicitly since it is the child’s own device, right?

KBOMG program question

Earlier this week, the 6-week complexes program had a line about being perfect for cyclists. That doesn't seem to be there any more (in the description). Well, I road bike for endurance and fun, but also really enjoy kettlebells. Normally I just make it up as I go, but I need to make the new go hand-in-glove. I’ve done ABF a bunch, but looking for some variety. But I also need strength for my job (tested by PFT).

Would this program (6-week complexes), added to push ups and pull ups, be enough? Also, it looks like you can bundle it with the "KBOMG 8 week program," but it doesn't say what program that is.

I reached out to KBOMG site but haven't heard back, so I assume my question got lost in the shuffle.

Knee microfracture recovery timeline

I am about 11 months post-op from meniscus repair and medial microfracture. Surgeon's plan was OATS if possible and microfracture if not, but the defect was oblong and would have used too much of my own to make it work. My day to day is great, but every now and again, the medial portion just hurts when walking.

But running....

This still hurts! I have done up to 30 minutes slowly on the treadmill. I just tried my first road run. 20 seconds in and I turned around. What do they say about discretion and valor?

So, what is realistic for being able to run relatively pain-free? I have resigned that I will always have something, but...

Fizik 3d printed saddles vs "normal" saddles

I posted the other day about the Selle Italia Flite vs the Fizik Arione. Still mulling that over, but I just saw I can get a discount on a Fizik, so now am also considering the Arione, but the 3D printed one.

How does the Adaptive Fizik compare to the "normal" Fizik? Is there a weight limit (I weigh about 230#). Just as durable and with the same longevity? I've had my current Fizik for about 8 years...

Help with overlap/funds?

I have a 401k as well, but this is my RothIRA. I feel like my funds are kind of haphazard/overlapping/unfocused/whatever. So where can I possibly maximize while keeping it efficient and easier to wrap my head around?

Thanks!!

PS the topmost fund/stock that is cut off is MNST for a) funsies and b) spent some leftover that wouldn’t fit in another single share.

Tires for Grand Highlander

I was told I need to start looking at new tires for the Grand Highlander. The Toyota lady said that the GH is heavy and is wearing tires out quicker than anticipated.

Good recommendations?

Selle Italian Flite NON-boost?

I currently ride a Fizik Arione Versus Evo. Starting falling apart the other day, so I guess it’s time for a new saddle!

I think i like that the Arione is flat and narrow. I have tried the Antares in the past but the wings bothered my legs.

I was looking at the Flite. My fitter even said that would be a good option but I should look for the NON boost option. I told him I think I like that the sweep from nose width to wing width is gradual on the Arione and that’s maybe why I didn’t like the Antares. Maybe it was the width (I’ve also tried the Power and didn’t really get on with it). The NON boost option he said was more gradual and less T-shaped.

I Don’t find the non-boost anywhere on the internet. Does’it exist?

I posted about this about two years. I guess I wasn’t ready then (or just got lazy?) but now I am!

I have this holly tree(?) on the corner of my house that is totally not manageable by me. So, I want to reduce its size. It’s been with the house since way before I bought it, so it is established.

I basically want to reduce emits height by at least half. I have pictures of the outside and from underneath. So, if I just chop the top half off, I would think I need to shape it and pick some smaller branches to also trim. But which ones?

Your advice is welcome!!

Also, on picture 4 you can see a grid pattern of sorts. What is that? Is that from a woodpecker?

I have an Echo PAS (gas). I am considering swapping the gas power head for a battery one.

What are the chances the attachments from the Echo would be compatible with an Ego power head?
